Artificial gravity
Artificial gravity is the creation of an inertial force that mimics the effects of a gravitational force, usually by rotation.
See McKendree cylinder and Artificial gravity
Carbon nanotube
A scanning tunneling microscopy image of a single-walled carbon nanotube Rotating single-walled zigzag carbon nanotube A carbon nanotube (CNT) is a tube made of carbon with a diameter in the nanometre range (nanoscale). McKendree cylinder and carbon nanotube are carbon nanotubes.
See McKendree cylinder and Carbon nanotube
Eurasia
Eurasia is the largest continental area on Earth, comprising all of Europe and Asia.

Gerard K. O'Neill
Gerard Kitchen O'Neill (February 6, 1927 – April 27, 1992) was an American physicist and space activist.

NASA
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is an independent agency of the U.S. federal government responsible for the civil space program, aeronautics research, and space research.
See McKendree cylinder and NASA
O'Neill cylinder
An O'Neill cylinder (also called an O'Neill colony) is a space settlement concept proposed by American physicist Gerard K. O'Neill in his 1976 book The High Frontier: Human Colonies in Space. McKendree cylinder and O'Neill cylinder are Megastructures and space habitats.
See McKendree cylinder and O'Neill cylinder
Orion's Arm
Orion's Arm (also called the Orion's Arm Universe Project, OAUP, or simply OA and formerly known as the Orion's Arm Worldbuilding Group) is a multi-authored online science fiction world-building project, first established in 2000 by M. Alan Kazlev, Donna Malcolm Hirsekorn, Bernd Helfert and Anders Sandberg and further co-authored by many people since.
See McKendree cylinder and Orion's Arm
Reaction wheel
A reaction wheel (RW) is used primarily by spacecraft for three-axis attitude control, and does not require rockets or external applicators of torque.
See McKendree cylinder and Reaction wheel
Russia
Russia, or the Russian Federation, is a country spanning Eastern Europe and North Asia.
See McKendree cylinder and Russia
Space settlement
A space settlement (also called a space habitat, spacestead, space city or space colony) is a settlement in outer space, sustaining more extensively habitation facilities in space than a general space station or spacecraft. McKendree cylinder and space settlement are space habitats.
See McKendree cylinder and Space settlement
Steel
Steel is an alloy of iron and carbon with improved strength and fracture resistance compared to other forms of iron.
