The PMU 18 scandal is a multi-million dollar political corruption scandal at the Vietnamese Ministry of Transport (Bộ Giao thông Vận tải, GTVT) at the beginning of 2006, which involved embezzlement, bribery, nepotism, and gambling.[1]
