Pavlo Serhiyovych Lapshyn (born 12 March 1988; Ukrainian Cyrillic: Павло Сергійович Лапшин) is a Ukrainian white supremacist terrorist who committed crimes in 2013 against Muslims in the United Kingdom.[1]
