Berisades
Berisades (Bηρισάδης) was a ruler in Thrace, who inherited, in conjunction with Amadocus II and Cersobleptes, the dominions of the Thracian king Cotys on the death of the latter in 360 BC.
Dardani
The Dardani (Δαρδάνιοι, Δάρδανοι; Dardani) or Dardanians were a Paleo-Balkan people, who lived in a region that was named Dardania after their settlement there. Peresadyes and Dardani are Illyrian tribes.
Enchele
The Enchelei were an ancient people that lived around the River Drin and the region of Lake Shkodra and Lake Ohrid, in modern-day Albania, Montenegro, and North Macedonia. Peresadyes and Enchele are Illyrian tribes.

List of Illyrians
The Illyrians,; Illyrii) were a conglomeration of Indo-European peoples and tribes in the Balkan Peninsula, Southeastern Europe. They spoke the Illyrian language and practiced a multitude of common religious and cultural practices. Many of Illyrian groups formed a distinct tribal mode of social organisation, which survived much later in the form of the Albanian tribal system.
