Rebecca Roseanne Long-Bailey (Long; born 22 September 1979) is a British politician and solicitor who has been Member of Parliament (MP) for Salford since 2024 and for Salford and Eccles from 2015 to 2024, representing the Labour Party until her suspension in July 2024 as a result of voting to scrap the two child benefit cap.[1]
