Khertek Amyrbitovna Anchimaa-Toka (Хертек Амырбитовна Анчимаа-Тока΄ translit; 1 January 1912 – 4 November 2008) was a Tuvan and Soviet politician who was the Chairwoman of Little Khural of the Tuvan People's Republic from 1940 to 1944, and was the first non-royal female head of state. Salchak Toka and Khertek Anchimaa-Toka are communist University of the Toilers of the East alumni, people from Tuva and Tuvan people.
