Stepan Yelizarovich Artyomenko (Степан Елизарович Артёменко; 22 January 1913 – 5 May 1977) was the commander of a battalion of the 447th Rifle Regiment in the Red Army during the Second World War, who was twice awarded the title Hero of the Soviet Union.[1]
