Temtsiltu Shobtsood (Шовчууд Тэмцэлт; born August 1956) or Temtselt Shobshuud, also known as his Chinese name Xi Haiming (c), is an ethnic Mongol activist who campaign for independence of "Southern Mongolia" (China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region).[1]
