Yörük Ali Efe (1895 – 23 September 1951) was a Turkish guerilla leader in the Ottoman Empire, and an officer in the Turkish Army during the Turkish War of Independence.[1]

Atçalı Kel Mehmet Efe (c. 1780–1830) was a Zeybek who led a local revolt against Ottoman authority and established control of the Aydın region for a short period between 1829 and 1830 (during the reign of Mahmud II). Yörük Ali Efe and Atçalı Kel Mehmet are people from Aydın and zeybeks.
