Belle-Île, Belle-Île-en-Mer, or Belle Isle (Ar Gerveur,; Guedel) is a French island off the coast of Brittany in the département of Morbihan, and the largest of Brittany's islands. Cornelis Maartenszoon Tromp, Count of Sølvesborg (3 September 1629 – 29 May 1691) was a Dutch naval officer who served as lieutenant-admiral general in the Dutch Navy, and briefly as a general admiral in the Royal Danish-Norwegian Navy.
