Ehime Asahi Television Co., Ltd. (株式会社愛媛朝日テレビ, Kabushiki-gaisha Ehime Asahi Terebi), also known as eat, is a Japanese broadcast network affiliated with the ANN. Their headquarters are located in Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture.

On October 16, 1992, following the launch of i-Television, the JNN affiliate, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications announced that there would be a fourth station in Ehime Prefecture, at the same time the decision was taken to open a third station in Kochi and a third station in Fukui (this last one never made it past the planning stages). On December 18, the frequency was allotted (channel 25).[1]: 212
