Currently doesn't meet WP:GNG, with the first source most likely a passing mention (from what I can tell from translating the reference) and the other being the movie on Youtube. I have listed it here instead of PROD because I wouldn't be surprised if there were more Russian or Azerbaijani sources, although I couldn't find any English ones.
