Propose renaming Category:Manager of the Year Award winners to Category:Major League Baseball Manager of the Year Award winners

Nominator's rationale: Rename per WP:C2D; article is Major League Baseball Manager of the Year Award. I tried to change it via speedy rename but, for whatever reason, it changed the name of the parent category instead. I tried again but it still hasn't changed.
