Sanngriðr is a staff and a weapon skill exclusive to Camilla (Light of Nohr) in Fire Emblem Heroes.

Overview[]

By default; the Sanngriðr serves Camilla like an enhanced Gravity staff with a Dazzling Staff refine; applying the Gravity status to her target and all foes adjacent to them while preventing all counterattacks when she initiates. However; the Sanngriðr also possesses an effect similar to Swift Sparrow in addition to all of the other effects, granting Camilla +3 to her attack and speed when she initiates; an effect other Staff units cannot inherit.

Etymology[]

According to the Norse mythological poem Darraðarljóð, Sanngriðr is the name of a Valkyrie.

The name means "Very violent" or "very cruel" in Norse.
