La circonscription de Spelthorne est une circonscription parlementaire britannique située dans le Surrey. Elle correspond au borough de Spelthorne.

Elle est créée en 1918, à partir de la circonscription d'Uxbridge, et relevait du comté de Middlesex jusqu'à sa disparition en 1965.

Depuis 2024, elle est représentée à la Chambre des communes du Parlement britannique par Lincoln Jopp , du Parti conservateur.
