The Magical Congress of the United States of America used to operate a sub-division dealing with No-Maj Fraternisation that worked to uphold Rappaport's Law that used to segregate the American wizarding and No-Maj communities.[1] It was one of the several MACUSA offices in operation in the 1920s that had no counterpart in the British Ministry of Magic.[1]
Since Rappaport's Law was repealed in 1965,[2] this sub-division most likely was abolished or repurposed in some way.
