This is the corrupted version of King Mukla. According to Jeremy Cranford, if you already know what King Mukla is supposed to look like, the visual difference seen in this card "tells the story about what the Old Gods' corruption does to you. And if you've never seen that old card in your life, you still know, 'Something is wrong with that gorilla.' "[1]
