Multi-class cards are cards that can be used by a specific set of classes. They have two varieties:

  • Dual-class cards, first introduced in Scholomance Academy which feature a split card frame of the two classes.
  • Multi-class cards, first introduced in Mean Streets of Gadgetzan, feature a neutral card frame with a special multi-class banner on the right side of the card (or bottom on signature cards). All multi-class cards of more than two classes also belong to a faction and feature that faction's banner on the top left of the card.

Notes[edit | edit source]

  • All multi-class cards belong to a faction, but not all cards in a faction are multi-class cards.
  • Multi-class cards can be played by any of the classes in its faction.
  • During gameplay or when inspected in the collection manager, multi-class cards automatically swap to the color of the contextual class.[1]
