Clara Gordon Bow (; 29 Juli 1905 – 27 September 1965) adalah seorang aktris Amerika yang menjadi bintang selama era film bisu tahun 1920-an dan berhasil beralih ke "film bicara" pada tahun 1929. Penampilannya sebagai gadis toko yang pemberani dalam film It membawa ketenaran globalnya dan julukannya "The It Girl".[1] Bow datang untuk mempersonifikasikan Roaring Twenties[2] dan digambarkan sebagai simbol seks utamanya.[3]
Bow muncul dalam 46 film bisu dan 11 film bicara, termasuk hits seperti Mantrap (1926), It (1927), dan Wings (1927). Ia dinobatkan sebagai film dengan perolehan box office pertama pada tahun 1928 dan 1929 dan film dengan perolehan box office kedua pada tahun 1927 dan 1930.[4][5] Kehadirannya dalam sebuah film dikatakan telah menjamin para investor, dengan peluang hampir dua banding satu, mendapatkan "keuntungan yang aman".[6] Pada puncak ketenarannya, ia menerima lebih dari 45.000 surat penggemar dalam satu bulan, pada bulan Januari 1929.[7]
Dua tahun setelah menikah dengan aktor Rex Bell pada tahun 1931, Bow pensiun dari dunia akting dan menjadi seorang peternak di Nevada.[8][9][10] Film terakhirnya, Hoop-La, dirilis pada tahun 1933. Pada bulan September 1965, Bow meninggal karena serangan jantung pada usia 60 tahun.
