Komisi Hak Asasi Manusia dan Hak Penduduk Afrika (African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights, ACHPR) adalah sebuah badan semi-yudisial yang bertugas mempromosikan dan melindungi hak asasi manusia dan hak kolektif (penduduk) di seluruh belahan benua Afrika serta menafsirkan Piagam Hak Asasi Manusia dan Hak Penduduk Afrika dan melayani aduan individual dari pelanggaran Piagam tersebut. Ini meliputi penyelidikan pelanggaran HAM, menciptkana dan menyepakati program-program peninadakan terhadap pendorongan HAM dan menghimpun komunikasi antara mereka dan negara-negara yang memberikan informasi tangan pertama soal pelanggaran HAM.[1]
