The Vatican, passing for the third time on the validity of the marriage between Comte Boni de Castellane and Miss Anna Gould — now Duchesse de Talleyrand et Sagan — has declared the bond indissoluble. The ruling of the Tribunal of the Rota, according to the ‘‘Semaine Religieuse,’’ is that the marriage was properly contracted according to the rules of the Catholic Church governing unions between Protestants and Catholics. The present Duchesse de Talleyrand secured a divorce from Comte de Castellane in 1906. Five years ago Comte de Castellane asked the Vatican to annul the marriage, but the request was denied. — The New York Herald, European Edition, July 9, 1915
