Il Golden Globe per la migliore sceneggiatura viene assegnato al miglior sceneggiatore o sceneggiatori di un film dalla HFPA (Hollywood Foreign Press Association). È stato assegnato per la prima volta nel 1948.
L'elenco mostra il vincitore di ogni anno, seguito dagli sceneggiatori che hanno ricevuto una candidatura. Per ogni sceneggiatore viene indicato il film che gli ha valso la candidatura (titolo italiano e titolo originale tra parentesi).
