La Supercoppa ABA Liga 2023 è la 4ª Supercoppa di Lega Adriatica, organizzata dalla ABA Liga.
Squadre
Si è disputata tra il 18 e il 20 settembre 2023 presso lo Sportski centar Morača di Podgorica, basandosi sui risultati della ABA Liga 2022-2023. Le squadre qualificate sono le migliori otto; tuttavia la Stella Rossa ha annullato la sua partecipazione e il suo posto è stato preso dal Košarkaški klub Igokea.[1].
