Jaysh al-Ummah fi Aknaf Bayt al-Maqdis (The Army of the Ummah in the Environs of Bayt al-Maqdis, though the 'fi Aknaf' is also omitted) is a Salafi jihadi group operating in Gaza. It participated in the fighting against Israel in summer 2014. Alongside the Army of Islam, it is a pro-al-Qa'ida faction as opposed to pro-Islamic State groups like Jamaat Ansar al-Dawla al-Islamiya fi Bayt al-Maqdis.
