Backup is the cornerstone of WordPress website management. If an update fails, or your website crashes, it’s imperative to have an up-to-date backup of your website. ManageWP takes the load of your mind by running scheduled backups and making sure that up-to-date backup is always ready. And since our backups are incremental and run off-site, it will successfully back up even the most problematic websites.

Our backups come in two versions:

 The free backup is ideal for small websites, and websites with static content. This backup is available to all of our ManageWP users. Free backup spec:

• Monthly scheduled backup
• Off-site storage
• 1-click restore
• US/EU storage choice
• exclude files and folders
• receive notifications via Email or Slack if your website is down

The premium backup is suited to more demanding websites and active development. The premium add-on has everything the free version does, plus:

• on-demand backups
• cloning/migration tool
• different backup frequencies, from weekly to near real-time (every 1h)
• download backup to your computer
• exclude as well as include files and folders
• Starts at $2/month
• $75/month for up to 100 websites with a bundle. (please note that the bundle does not include real time backup, it covers daily and weekly backups only) 

Our backups also support multisite networks. You can backup, clone and restore your multisite network.

Your backups are stored for 90 days. If you remove the website from your dashboard, backups will be removed after 7 days. If you re-add your website within these 7 days, your backups will still be available. If you need to store backups for longer than 90 days, you can download them.
