The check-in process could use improvement to avoid long queues!!! Additionally, room configuration with oddly placed bathroom fixtures may frustrate those looking for a more user-friendly layout!!! Investing in quality staff uniforms would enhance the overall ambiance!!!

We even had the pool to ourselves at sunset, which was an unforgettable experience. Watching the spectacular light show from our balcony was mesmerizing. This hotel truly is the heart of luxury.
