Tony Consiglio (Earth-616)
Tony Consiglio was a member of Black Cat's Gang. He recommended his friend Lee Price to Mac Gargan for a transactional job with Tombstone's Gang.
The transaction went awry when Tombstone's men refused to turn in payment, and Tony pointed his gun at them. Before they could exchange gunfire, the Venom symbiote arrived at the scene and bonded to Lee. Now transformed into Venom, Lee slaughtered both Tombstone's men and the employees of Black Cat that were accompanying him and Tony.
When Lee calmed down, Tony initially suggested taking him to a hospital to be checked out. Upon finding out that Lee's new "suit" was powerful enough to take on heroes like Spider-Man, Tony wondered what their next course of action would be. Having realized the potential of having the symbiote if it was kept a secret, Lee killed Tony.[2]
