Mega Man Zero locations
A list of locations in the Mega Man Zero series.
- Underground Laboratory - The first location in the entire Mega Man Zero series. A forgotten laboratory where Zero is awoken from stasis by Ciel and saves her from a Golem. Later, Zero fights Maha Ganeshariff here in the "Retrieve Data" mission.
- Resistance Base - The original base from the Resistance, an underground shelter used as a hideout. Zero fights Hanumachine here in the "Resistance Base Preservation" mission, but it is compromised and abandoned for a new base.
- Old Surface City - An urban area including a Disposal Center used by Neo Arcadia to execute mass disposal of Reploids deemed Mavericks. Zero fights Aztec Falcon here in the "Rescue Reploids from Disposal" mission, and Hittite Hottaid in the "Giant Mechaniloid Invasion" mission.
- Subway Ruins - An abandoned Neo Arcadia subway system. Zero fights the Pantheon Core here in the "Destroy Train" mission, and Sage Harpuia in the "Rescue Colbor" mission.
- Desert - A large desert outside the Resistance Base. Zero fights Anubis Necromancess III here in the "Find Shuttle" mission, and Fighting Fefnir in the "Duel in Desert" mission.
- Secret Base - A Neo Arcadian base hidden in the cold. Zero fights Blizzack Staggroff here in the "Find Hidden Base" mission, and Fairy Leviathan in the "Stop the Hacking" mission.
- Abandoned Factory - A former Reploid assembly facility. Zero fights the Guard Orotic here in the "Occupy Factory" mission, and Hidden Phantom in the "Protect Factory" mission.
- Neo Arcadia Shrine - An ornate shrine in Neo Arcadia. Zero fights the Pantheon Aces, Asura Basura, and finally Herculious Anchus here.
- Neo Arcadia Tower - A massive tower in Neo Arcadia. Zero fights the Rainbow Devil on the top.
- Neo Arcadia Core - The center of Neo Arcadia's headquarters. Zero fights a Boss Rush and finally Copy X here.

Mega Man Zero 2[]
- Sand Wilderness - This is where Zero survived an onslaught of Neo Arcadian troops for an entire year after destroying Copy X. Zero fights the Mega Scorpia here before being extracted by Harpuia.
- New Resistance Base - The new hideout used by the Resistance. This base is also used in Mega Man Zero 3.
- Forest of Dysis - A forest growing around ruins in the west. Zero fights Hyleg Ourobockle here in the "Rescue Resistance" mission.
- Computer Zone - A Neo Arcadian computer base in Antarctica. Zero fights Poler Kamrous here in the "Destroy Computer Zone" mission.
- Power Room - A power plant for Neo Arcadian weapons development. Zero fights Phoenix Magnion here in the "Destroy Computer Zone" mission.
- Train of Neo Arcadia - A giant Neo Arcadian supply train. Zero fights Panter Flauclaws here in the "Rob Goods" mission.
- Residential Area - A district of Neo Arcadia that Elpizo targets in Operation Righteous Strike. Zero fights a Golem Type E, a Golem Type F, and a Golem Type I here to save Elpizo.
- Simurgh B - A Neo Arcadian bomber aircraft targeting the New Resistance Base. Zero fights Kuwagust Anchus here to stop the attack - afterwards, the craft crash-lands near the Crystal Cave.
- Forest of Notus - A forest growing around ruins in the south. Zero fights Burble Hekelot here in a "Chase Elpizo" mission.
- Roof of Computer Zone - The roof of the Antarctic computer base. Zero fights Fairy Leviathan here in a "Chase Elpizo" mission.
- Shuttle Factory - A shuttle assembly facility below the Power Room. Zero fights Fighting Fefnir here in a "Chase Elpizo" mission.
- Crystal Cave - A cave of crystals near the Simurgh B's crash site. Zero fights Sage Harpuia here in a "Chase Elpizo" mission.
- Neo Arcadia Temple - The largest Neo Arcadian temple near Yggdrasil. Zero fights the Rainbow Devil here.
- Temple of Fire - A fire-oriented Neo Arcadian temple near Yggdrasil. Zero fights Fighting Fefnir's Armed Phenomenon here.
- Temple of Ice - A ice-oriented Neo Arcadian temple near Yggdrasil. Zero fights Fairy Leviathan's Armed Phenomenon here.
- Temple of Wind - A wind-oriented Neo Arcadian temple near Yggdrasil. Zero fights Sage Harpuia's Armed Phenomenon here.
- Yggdrasil - A sacred tower where X sealed away the Dark Elf long ago. Zero fights a Boss Rush and finally Elpizo here.
Mega Man Zero 3[]
- Derelict Spacecraft - The crash site of the Forbidden Ark where Omega was imprisoned. Zero fights Omega here, until he meets Dr. Weil and Copy X MK. II.
- Aegis Volcano Base - A volcanic Neo Arcadian missile base. Zero fights Blazin' Flizard here in the "Neo Arcadian Army Recon" mission.
- Oceanic Highway Ruins - The flooded ruins of a highway. Zero fights Childre Inarabitta here in the "Track Dark Elf Signal" mission.
- Weapons Repair Factory - A Neo Arcadian military repair factory. Zero fights Hellbat Schilt here in the "Destroy Factory" mission.
- Old Residential Area - An abandoned human residential area. Zero fights Deathtanz Mantisk here in the "Find Dark Elf" mission.
- Missile Factory - The launch site of a missile containing Omega to capture the Dark Elf in Area Z-3079. Zero fights Crea and Prea here.
- Area Z-3079 - A location within Neo Arcadia where the Dark Elf was detected. Dr. Weil authorized a missile strike against Area Z-3079, despite it being a human settlement. Zero then boarded the missile in an attempt to stop its course, but was unable to due to Weil sending the twin Baby Elves Crea and Prea to slow him down. The district was destroyed, and Omega absorbed the Dark Elf. Harpuia was enraged at the turn of events and attacked Omega, only to end up severely injured, with Zero saving him and teleporting away at the last minute.
- Twilight Desert - A desert south of the New Resistance Base. Zero fights Anubis Necromancess V here in an "Engage Neo Arcadian Army" mission.
- Forest of Anatre - A forest growing around ruins in the east. Zero fights Hanumachine R here in an "Engage Neo Arcadian Army" mission.
- Frontline Ice Base - An underground military base north of the New Resistance Base. Zero fights Blizzack Staggroff R here in an "Engage Neo Arcadian Army" mission.
- Area X-2 - The reconstructed headquarters of Neo Arcadia. Zero fights Copy X MK. II here in the "Infiltrate Neo Arcadia" mission.
- Energy Facility - An old power plant being used to create Baby Elves. Zero fights Cubit Foxtar here in the "Search Facility" mission.
- Snowy Plains - A bitter tundra near the Forbidden Ark's crash site. Zero fights Glacier le Cactank here in the "Retrieve Data" mission.
- Sunken Library - A flooded, ancient library. Zero fights Volteel Biblio here in the "Retrieve Data File" mission.
- Giant Elevator - A gigantic supply transport elevator. Zero fights Tretista Kelverian here in the "Search Facility" mission.
- Sub Arcadia - An underground power plant below Neo Arcadia. Zero fights Crea and Prea here, and can also find Hidden Phantom in its Cyberspace area.
- Weil's Research Laboratory - Dr. Weil's hidden research laboratory, from where he completes Project Elpizo. Zero fights a Boss Rush and finally Omega here, ending up in the Underground Laboratory where he first awoke.
- Cyberspace - A digital location. According to Hirondelle, the doorways to this world appeared upon Omega's arrival. Nearly all levels in the game have entrances to Cyberspace - upon entry, the world turns green and all Fusion Cyber-elves marked A are automatically activated, with no score penalties on the Result screen. However, entering Cyberspace adds to the penalty itself.
Mega Man Zero 4[]
- Caravan in the Wilderness - A Caravan of trucks escaping Neo Arcadia. Zero fights the SubDesert Core here.
- Area Zero - An oasis of lush wilderness where Eurasia crashed hundreds of years ago. Zero fights Carnage Force 0 here, before meeting Craft's Einherjar Eight Warriors and learning of Neo Arcadia's Operation Ragnarok.
- Resistance Trailer - A trailer used by the Resistance.
- Hanging Gardens - A floating weather control facility. Zero fights Pegasolta Eclair here in the "Stop Acid Rain" mission.
- Artificial Sun - An artificial sun near a mountain. Zero fights Sol Titanion here in the "Halt the Sun" mission.
- Hibernation Chamber - An abandoned Cyber-elf research facility. Zero fights Fenri Lunaedge here in the "Destroy the Enemy" mission.
- Underground Forest - A cave system overrun with plants. Zero fights Noble Mandrago here in the "Stop the Erosion" mission.
- Human Settlement - The settlement made by the human Caravan in Area Zero. Zero fights Craft here when Neo Arcadia attacks.
- The Prison - A giant maximum-security prison outside Neo Arcadia. Zero fights Hell the Giant here in the "Save Neige" mission.
- Magnetic Zone - An old factory with powerful electromagnets. Zero fights Mino Magnus here in the "Halt the Factory" mission.
- Particle Beam - A mobile, solar-powered laser cannon. Zero fights Heat Genblem here in the "Cut the Power" mission.
- Deep Sea - A giant submarine drilling into the seafloor. Zero fights Tech Kraken here in the "Stop the Drill Sub" mission.
- Living City - An abandoned city with a high-tech defense system. Zero fights Popla Cocapetri here in the "Stop Security System" mission.
- Ragnarok Control Room - The control room of the orbital laser Ragnarok. Zero fights Craft here to stop him from firing the weapon.
- Teleporter Base - A Neo Arcadian teleportation facility. Zero fights Randam Bandam here to gain access to the teleporter network.
- Teleporter Circuit - Part of Neo Arcadia's digital teleportation network. Zero fights Cyball here to reopen the way to Ragnarok.
- Ragnarok Core - The core of the orbital laser Ragnarok. Zero fights a Boss Rush and finally Dr. Weil here.
