Federation Central

The Federation Central was an authority within the United Federation of Planets that Earth Ambassador Robert Fox reported to.

After Montgomery Scott refused to comply with Fox's orders to lower the USS Enterprise's screens, thus endangering the success of the mission to Eminiar VII in 2267, Fox threatened to have Scott sent to a penal colony, adding that Scott's name would "figure prominently" in Fox's report to the Federation Central.
