Kelpien and Ba'ul Alliance

The Kelpien and Ba'ul Alliance was the planetary government body of Kaminar.
Sometime between the 23rd century and the 31st century, Kelpiens and Ba'ul put aside their differences and formed the Alliance, which subsequently joined the United Federation of Planets.
In 3189, while Saru, Michael Burnham and Hugh Culber were in a holoprogram on the KSF Khi'eth, they encountered a program displaying a holographic reenactment of the ceremony that inducted this Alliance into the Federation. (DIS: "Su'Kal")
