The Star of Kahless was a Klingon medal presented to a person who was inducted into the prestigious Order of Kahless.
Martok was given the Star of Kahless by Chancellor Gowron in 2375. (DS9: "When It Rains...")
In the first draft script of "When It Rains...", this medal was instead called the "Cross of Kahless".
