Kloor
Kloor was high ranking Klingon in the early 2270s. He was also known as the "Butcher of Beta Trianguli".
Biography[]
In the late 2260s following the Organian Peace Treaty, was sent to Romulus as the Klingon ambassador under orders from Captain Koloth. There he met with a young Romulan officer named Gaius and encouraged him to seek revenge against his father's killer, James T. Kirk. Kloor was then attached to Commander Gaius's D7-class warbird as an observer to demonstrate its ability to hide in a halo of a star. He then stayed at the capitol on Romulus to attend the Praetor's wedding to his mother. (TOS - Romulans: Pawns of War comic: "The Hollow Crown, Issue 2")
Following Gaius's accession to praetor, he served as a adviser to him in his hunt for Capt. Kirk and the USS Enterprise. Following Praetor Gaius's encounter with the USS Yorktown and the Organians, Kloor and the other Klingons were ordered to leave as the Klingon-Romulan Alliance was ended. (TOS - Romulans: Pawns of War comic: "Romulans: Schism")
Following that assignment, Kloor fell out of favor with the Klingon High Command. As punishment, he was sent to search for new worlds for the Klingon Empire. In that time, he found a world populated with cloned Earthers from Earth's Cold War era. He then came up with an idea to use this world for war games that was eventually heartily approved by the Emperor. He provided the clones with advanced weapons and women. In the 2270s, Kloor's plan was discovered by the Federation starship Joanna. (TOS - Leonard McCoy, Frontier Doctor comic: "Medics")
