What about shipping and delivery?
Our fulfillment partner fulfills orders within 1 business day (Mon-Fri), a timeline which does not include Weekends or Holidays. Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier DHL. Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, you must reach out directly to the shipping carrier selected during checkout to resolve delivery issues. You should have your tracking number ready when reaching out to the shipping carrier.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 60 days on all sets that as long as the security seal has not been broken and they have not been opened or worn, please contact us prior for full details & address information. Good news is that all full sets of Mhot Hair extensions come with a tester weft. You can take out this piece to determine if the color is a good match.
How can I color match my hair without opening the extensions?
You will notice your hair will arrive in two separate hair boxes. The smaller bundle is your test piece. You can take off the net and test this piece in your hair. Do not open the white bag if you want to return.
Do I need to wash my extensions before I wear them?
No, Mhot Hair extensions are ready to wear straight out of the box! Hair extensions are a hygienic product and have been thoroughly sanitized at our factory. They are completely safe to wear right out of the box.
How long do MHOT Hair extensions typically last?
The lifespan of MHOT hair is anywhere from 12 - 15 months or longer, depending on their usage and how they are cared for and maintained.
What styling temperature is recommended?
When styling your seamless hair extensions with high heat, we recommend setting your tool at 120C/250F degrees or lower.
Can my MHOT Hair be dyed?
Our extensions are 100% human hair that have gone through its own dyeing process, and although they were constructed to accept color, we do suggest getting a professional opinion by an experienced colorist. Dyeing may lead to shortening the lifespan of your MHOT hair and possibly cause damage if not done correctly. We also recommend not lightening or using any bleaching agents. We do not recommend dying our Balayage or Ombre sets as they have been processed multiple times. Due to the processing they have gone through they do not take to dying well. Please keep in mind, that if chosen to dye MHOT hair extensions, it is up to the customers discretion and done at your own risk.
