Plane | Dominaria |
The Domains is a rather vaguely-defined geographical region on Dominaria, which includes the continent of Aerona, and the archipelago to its east[1], effectively including all landmasses west of Corondor.
Description[ | ]
It is a few thousand miles west of Corondor, across the Western Sea, and lies six thousand miles east of the Terisian Isles.[2] The Domains is the home of many of Dominaria's most famous cultures, including Benalia, Llanowar, Verdura, Keld, Hurloon, and the White Knights.

The Seas of the Domains[ | ]
The Domains also contain several seas notorious for the inconsistencies in descriptions of different geographers. While on one map the Voda Sea is very small and contains only several isles, on another map it stretches so far it contains almost all the eastern Spice Isles. The latter is also depicted on the map that is considered to be the most accurate.[12][13] Another example is the Honeyed Sea which is (mistakenly) located east of Avenant on one map, but south of the Green Lands on another. This waterbody is absent on the mentioned map.
- The Honeyed Sea - south of Aerona
- The Howling Sea- separaing the Domains from the Northland[14]
- Kukemssa Sea - separating the Domains from Jamuraa
- The Rip - a strait separating Icehaven from Aerona
- The Sea of Avenant - between Avenant and Aerona
- The Sea of Fire - between Aerona and the Spice Isles
- The Sea of Whales - east of northern Aerona
- The Visceral Sea - west of the Spice Isles, separating the Domains from the Terisian Isles
- The Videnthian Sea - northwest of Icehaven and the Spice Isles
- The Voda Sea - home to several merfolk kingdom, bordering to the Burning Isles
