Picture Segment Description
SCENE 1 Susan checks on her clock radio at the Fix-It Shop and finds Maria puzzled by a phonograph with a note attached to it. The note asks her to fix it so the machine plays music at the right speed, but the phonograph appears to be in perfect working order when she tests it. Susan exits, and shortly after in zooms Spencer Speedy, a Muppet who speaks and moves very quickly. He's the one that left the note and would prefer the phonograph to be speedy as well. Maria manages to rig the machine in about ten seconds (via fast-motion) so it plays at a fast tempo; Spencer swoons. Film Kids narrate a film in which footage is slowed down and sped up. Sequences include kids on a playground, riding a roller coaster, and Big Bird jumping around and being chased in the park. (new music)

SCENE 3 Big Bird has set up his own laundry line in front of his nest, hanging some of his handkerchiefs and a towel. He brings Maria in to show her and she notices all the items are already dry. She tells him laundry lines are for wet clothes, so Big Bird whips out his watering can and pours water all over the items hanging on the line.
Film Number Three Ball Film: A red ball follows a rollercoaster-like track through checkpoints (each, a set of three) that are counted in voiceover. At the end, the ball is ground up into a powder.

When he shouts "One!", the echo repeats back, "¡Uno!" The cowboy is startled. "Two!" he shouts, and the echo repeats, "¡Dos!" "You s'pose that's Mexico over there?" he asks. He continues to count to ten, with the echo repeating the numbers back in Spanish. Frustrated, he shouts, "How are you?" "¡Muy bien, gracias!" is the reply. "Oh, this is ridiculous," the cowboy says, and throws his cowboy hat into the canyon. A sombrero is thrown back in return.
