Picture Segment Description SCENE 1 Susan, Olivia, David, and Bob prepare to have a picnic in the park for an outdoor concert. Grundgetta brings them something else they might need - her portable radio, which broadcasts a Grouch weather report indicating rain. The adults' fun event is now ruined, but Grundgetta goes to enjoy sitting in the rain without having to hear any pleasant music. Animation The inhabitants of a farm feel like celebrating when it rains during a hot, dry summer.

He thinks of some things that find the same syllable pattern (such as cherry pie or lollipop), but nothing seems to please the Honkers. He finally decides to call Big Bird, who speaks honk, to translate. It turns out the Honker is asking David to "dance with me." They flip on the radio and dance around the store. The Bridgekeeper says admission is free, but requires that the young man show him three triangles. Two of them are found in the bridgework, and the man uses the bridgekeeper's staff to draw a third triangle in the dirt. Although the bridgekeeper has his order filled, he asks the man to play a tune on his accordion. This additional request takes the young man by surprise, but he is told to do so for the opportunity to cross the bridge.

SCENE 3 Per Oscar's request, Grundgetta makes sure his trash can lid is open during the rain so it can pour in and make a mess in the can. However, Bob and Susan pass by while it's open and close it, forcing Grundgetta to open it back up. She catches Olivia in the act and decides the best course of action is to leave a sign on the can, indicating others to leave it alone. Moments later, the rain stops, to Grundgetta's dismay. She decides to close the can to prevent any sunlight coming in, but the passing neighbors read the sign and keep opening it. Cartoon The letters H, E, L and P try to arrange themselves to form the word "Help" while stuck on an island.
