Motherland - Wikipedia

Motherland is het volkslied van Mauritius. De muziek van het lied is geschreven door Philippe Oh San en de tekst is gemaakt door Jean Gorges Prosper. Het lied stamt uit 1968.

Motherland, oh motherland of mine,
Sweet is thy beauty,
Sweet is thy fragrance,
around thee we gather,
as one people,
as one nation,
In peace, justice and liberty,
