The method AS claimed in claim 1, wherein when controlling the communication between the first terminal and the third terminal, the AS receives the busy response of the first terminal, then plays a call waiting alert tone to the third terminal, and also plays an alert tone of the second incoming call to the first terminal and receives the number.

3. The method of claim 1, wherein the AS further joins the first terminal and the second terminal to the conference while controlling communication between the first terminal and the third terminal.

4. The method of claim 3, wherein the method for the AS to join the first terminal and the second terminal in the conference comprises:

the AS applies for meeting resources from the media resource server MRS and adds the conversation of the first terminal and the second terminal into the meeting based on the resources.

if the first terminal selects to answer a new call of the third terminal, the AS plays a call hold prompt tone to the second terminal and carries out bridge connection communication between the third terminal and the first terminal;

if the first terminal selects to reject the new call of the third terminal, the AS plays a failure prompt tone for the third terminal;

if the first terminal does not respond to the new call of the third terminal, the AS releases the call of the third terminal.

6. The method of claim 5, further comprising: after the AS plays the failure prompt tone for the third terminal, the call of the third terminal is released; and the number of the first and second groups,

if the third terminal hangs up during the period that the second terminal does not hang up, the AS stops playing the call holding prompt tone for the second terminal and carries out bridge connection conversation between the second terminal and the first terminal;

and if the first terminal hangs up during the period that the second terminal is not hung up, the AS releases the call of the third terminal and the second terminal.

7. The method of claim 1, further comprising: the first terminal signs a call waiting service on the AS in advance.

8. A system for realizing call waiting for a terminal which does not support a second path incoming call is characterized in that the system comprises the terminal and an AS; the terminals comprise a first terminal, a second terminal and a third terminal; wherein,

when the first terminal is communicated with the second terminal, the third terminal is used for dialing the first terminal which does not support the second path of incoming call;

and the AS supporting terminal communication is used for controlling communication between the first terminal and the third terminal.

9. The system of claim 8, wherein in controlling communication between the first terminal and the third terminal, the AS is configured to receive a busy response from the first terminal, thereafter play a call waiting alert tone to the third terminal, and also play an alert tone for the second incoming call to the first terminal and receive the number.

10. The system of claim 8, wherein the AS is further configured to join the first terminal and the second terminal to the conference while controlling communication between the first terminal and the third terminal.

11. The system of claim 10, further comprising an MRS, wherein the AS, when joining the first terminal and the second terminal in the conference, applies for conference resources to the MRS and joins a call of the first terminal and the second terminal in the conference based on the resources.

12. The system according to any of claims 8 to 11, wherein, when controlling the communication between the first terminal and the third terminal,

if the first terminal selects to answer a new call of the third terminal, the AS is used for playing a call hold prompt tone to the second terminal and carrying out bridge connection communication between the third terminal and the first terminal;

if the first terminal selects to reject the new call of the third terminal, the AS is used for playing a failure prompt tone to the third terminal;

if the first terminal does not respond to the new call of the third terminal, the AS is used for releasing the call of the third terminal.

13. The system of claim 12, wherein the AS is further configured to release the call of the third terminal after playing the failure prompt tone to the third terminal; and the number of the first and second groups,

if the third terminal hangs up during the period that the second terminal does not hang up, the AS is also used for stopping playing the call holding prompt tone for the second terminal and carrying out bridge connection communication between the second terminal and the first terminal;

if the first terminal hangs up during the period that the second terminal is not hung up, the AS is also used for releasing the call of the third terminal and the second terminal.

14. The system of claim 8, wherein the first terminal is further configured to sign a call waiting service on the AS in advance.

15. A terminal that does not support the incoming call of the second route realizes the device of call waiting, characterized by that, the device includes receiving the judging module, conversation bridge module; wherein,

The apparatus of claim 15, further comprising a playback mixing module for receiving a busy response from the first terminal during communication between the first terminal and the third terminal, then playing a call waiting tone for the third terminal, and also playing a second incoming call tone for the first terminal and receiving a number.

18. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein when controlling communication between the first terminal and the third terminal, the reception determination module is further configured to join the first terminal and the second terminal in the conference based on the connected MRS.

19. The apparatus of claim 18, wherein the receiving determining module, when joining the first terminal and the second terminal to the conference, is configured to:

and applying for meeting resources from the MRS, and adding the conversation of the first terminal and the second terminal into the meeting based on the resources.

and if the first terminal does not respond to the new call of the third terminal, the call release module is used for releasing the call of the third terminal.

21. The apparatus of claim 20,
