Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to an air conditioner shell and an air conditioner.
Background
The conventional air conditioner decorative strip and the panel are fixed in a splicing way, so the decorative strip can only be designed to be strip-shaped, and because the mould for producing the strip-shaped decorative strip needs to carry out sectional treatment at the corner; therefore, when the decoration strip and the panel are used or installed in the air conditioner, the decoration strip is easy to segment, so that the panel and the decoration strip cannot be tightly assembled.

The traditional decorative strip of the air conditioner is connected with the panel in an inserting mode, so that the decorative strip can only be designed into a long strip shape, and the whole decorative strip is required to be subjected to sectional treatment at a corner position, so that the decorative strip and the panel can be conveniently assembled. However, in the process of assembling the strip-shaped and segmented decorative strip with the panel, the segmented phenomenon of the decorative strip is easily caused, namely, a gap is formed in the process of assembling the decorative strip with the panel, so that the integral appearance of the air conditioner is incomplete.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the connection manner of the
panel10 and the trim strip is improved, and a snap-fit connection manner is preferably adopted. The decorative strip can thus be designed in the form of an integrally formed plate, i.e. as a
decorative plate20; in this way, no segmentation phenomenon occurs during the assembly process of the
panel10 and the
decorative plate20, i.e. no gap occurs when the
panel10 and the
decorative plate20 are assembled.
When the
panel10 and the
decorative plate20 are assembled, the
fixing buckle100 passes through the positioning through
hole200, so that the
panel100 and the
decorative plate20 can be mutually fixed and positioned; at this time, the
fixing clip100 passing through the positioning through
hole200 is clipped into the
fixing clip300 on the
housing30 by pressing action, so that the
panel10 together with the
decorative plate20 can be fixed to the
housing30, and the
decorative plate20 forms a complete corresponding whole with the
panel10 within the range of the positioning through
hole200. When the
panel10 is to be detached from the
decorative plate20, the
panel10 is pressed in the opposite direction, so that the
panel10 is deformed to some extent, the
fixing clip100 on the
panel10 is separated from the
fixing clip300 on the
housing30, and the
fixing clip100 is pulled out from the positioning through
hole200 and separated from the
decorative plate20, which is convenient and fast, and does not damage the
panel10 and the
decorative plate20.
In the present embodiment, the
fixing clip100 may be disposed at or near an edge region of the
panel10, and the
fixing clip300 and the positioning through
hole200 are disposed corresponding to the
fixing clip100. In this embodiment, the positioning through
hole200 may be rectangular, circular or other shapes, and the size of the positioning through hole is slightly larger than that of the
fixing buckle100, so that the
fixing buckle100 can be inserted into the positioning through
hole200 conveniently.
Preferably, referring to fig. 8 and 9, the
decorative panel20 is a U-shaped panel. Specifically, the direction in which the
decorative plate20 is assembled coincides with the direction in which the
panel10 is provided with one end of the
fixing clip100; like this,

through hole230 at a position corresponding to the rotating
shaft member130; a plurality of
fixing buckles100 are arranged at the edge of one side of the
panel10 hinged to the
housing30, and the
fixing buckles100 are arranged at intervals; the
decorative plate20 is provided with a plurality of positioning through
holes200 corresponding to the plurality of
fixing buckles100 one by one; the
housing30 is also provided with a plurality of
fixing clips300 corresponding to the plurality of
fixing clips100.
In order to make the
panel10 not easily detached from the
housing30 after the
panel10 is disengaged from the
housing30, the
panel10 is damaged. Therefore, the

panel10 in the length direction, and the

decorative plate20 is increased. Referring to fig. 1, in order to form a complete structure with the
housing30 after the
panel10 and the
decorative plate20 are hooked, it is preferable that an
insertion groove302 for inserting the
third hook110 of the
panel10 and the
second hook201 of the
decorative plate20 is correspondingly formed in the
housing30, so that the hooked
third hook110 and
second hook201 are inserted into the
insertion groove302, and the
panel10 and the
decorative plate20 do not protrude from the

3. The air conditioner case as claimed in claim 2, wherein the fixing clip is provided with a locking piece at a middle position in a length direction thereof, and the fixing clip is provided with a fixing hook adapted to be locked with the locking piece.
4. The air conditioner case as claimed in claim 3, wherein one end of the first hook is provided with a reinforcing rib.
5. An air conditioner case as set forth in claim 4 wherein said reinforcing rib is provided at one end of said third hook.
6. An air conditioner case as defined in claim 1 wherein said trim panel is a U-shaped panel.
7. The air conditioner case as claimed in claim 6, wherein said decorative plate is provided with a set of positioning engaging holes at both sides thereof opposite in the width direction, one end of said positioning engaging hole being provided with a fourth engaging hook; the panel is provided with a fifth clamping hook which corresponds to the positioning clamping hole in position and is matched with the positioning clamping hole to hook, and reinforcing ribs are arranged at two ends, far away from the ends hooked by the fourth clamping hook, of the fifth clamping hook.
8. The air conditioner case as claimed in claim 7, wherein the positioning catching hole is provided with a projection at an end opposite to the fourth catching hook.
9. An air conditioner characterized by comprising the air conditioner case according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
