pawl frame30 through pins. The pawl member 31 is provided with a

pawl holder30 is provided with an elastic member for controlling the initial position of the pawl 31. in the present embodiment, the elastic member is a

pawl frame30 can slide back and forth relative to the

first ratchet wheel32 is arranged on the
first planet carrier41, the
first ratchet wheel32 is meshed with the pawl member 31, the pawl member 31 is arranged on the
pawl member frame30, so the
pawl member frame30 rotates synchronously, and the power is finally transmitted to the
hub2 and is output by the
hub2 due to the spline connection between the
pawl member frame30 and the
hub2. At a middle gear, the
pawl carrier30 is manually moved to cause the pawls 31 on the
pawl carrier30 to be disengaged from the
first ratchet wheel32 and engaged with the
second ratchet wheel33, power is input from the
central shaft1, the
first planet carrier41 rotates synchronously due to the fixed connection of the
central shaft1 and the
first planet carrier41, the
first planet carrier41 transmits power to the
first gear ring43 through the transmission of the
first planet wheels42, the
second ratchet wheel33 is arranged on the
first gear ring43, the
second ratchet wheel33 is engaged with the pawls 31, the pawls 31 are arranged on the
pawl carrier30, the
pawl carrier30 rotates synchronously, and power is finally transmitted to the

hub2. In high gear, the
pawl carrier30 is manually moved to cause the pawl 31 on the

first ring gear43 by the transmission of the

second carrier51 transmits power to the
second ring gear53 by the transmission of the
second planet gears52, the third ratchet wheel 34 is arranged on the
second ring gear53, the third ratchet wheel 34 is engaged with the pawl 31, the pawl 31 is arranged on the
pawl carrier30, the
pawl carrier30 rotates synchronously as the
pawl carrier30 and the
hub2 are connected by splines, the power is finally transmitted to the
hub2 and is output from the
hub2.
In conclusion, the single-wheel drive three-gear speed change device is compact in structure, convenient to shift and control and greatly improved in shifting stability, and the pawl type gear shift mechanism can be used as an overrunning clutch without using the overrunning clutch in the planetary transmission, so that the structure is greatly simplified.
