The serial communication means that data of the equipment at the bottom end is transmitted to the upper computer in a serial mode. And the data acquisition, analysis and processing of the bottom equipment by the upper computer are realized. With various applications, the requirements of the transmission on the functions of the data acquisition system are more and more comprehensive and more convenient. At present, a data acquisition system has a more advanced networking technology, namely a serial port networking server.

However, the serial server in the prior art has the problems of low working efficiency and low data transmission rate, and is poor in anti-interference capability, and the serial port is easy to damage under the electric shock or surge phenomenon.

Therefore, the invention provides an RJ45 type four-network sixteen-serial-port server which can effectively isolate and protect serial ports in the using process, has strong anti-interference capability, high working efficiency and high data transmission rate, and can be connected by a plurality of network ports.

Aiming at the technical problems, the invention aims to solve the problems of low working efficiency and low data transmission rate of a serial port server in the prior art, poor anti-interference capability and easy damage of the serial port under the electric shock or surge phenomenon, thereby providing the RJ45 type four-network sixteen-serial port server which can effectively carry out isolation protection on the serial port in the use process, has strong anti-interference capability, high working efficiency and high data transmission rate and can be connected with a plurality of network ports.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an RJ45 type four-network sixteen-serial server, where the RJ45 type four-network sixteen-serial server includes: the system comprises a main controller, a network port module, a switch, serial port expansion circuits, serial port isolation protection modules, serial port processing circuits and RJ45 type interfaces, wherein the serial port expansion circuits are connected with the main controller, at least sixteen serial port processing circuits are connected onto the serial port expansion circuits, each serial port processing circuit is connected with an RJ45 type interface, the serial port expansion circuits are also connected with the serial port isolation protection modules, and at least four network port modules are connected with the main controller through the switch; the main controller uses an S3C2440 chip and is used for executing data processing and signal control; the serial port isolation protection module uses an ADM2483BRWZ type chip and is used for isolating and protecting each serial port expanded on the serial port expansion circuit.

Preferably, the main controller is further connected with a complex programmable logic device, the complex programmable logic device is used for controlling time sequence switching to enable a plurality of serial ports to transmit in parallel, and the complex programmable logic device is an ST16C554 chip.

Preferably, the RJ45 type four-network sixteen-serial-port server further includes a power module and a crystal oscillator circuit respectively connected to the main controller, where the power module provides stable voltage for system operation; the crystal oscillator circuit provides a clock signal for keeping the system running.

Preferably, the power module uses a redundant power supply, and an isolation transformer is further connected between the power module and the main controller.

The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.

As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides an RJ45 type four-network sixteen-serial-port server, where the RJ45 type four-network sixteen-serial-port server includes: the system comprises a main controller, a network port module, a switch, serial port expansion circuits, serial port isolation protection modules, serial port processing circuits and RJ45 type interfaces, wherein the serial port expansion circuits are connected with the main controller, at least sixteen serial port processing circuits are connected onto the serial port expansion circuits, each serial port processing circuit is connected with an RJ45 type interface, the serial port expansion circuits are also connected with the serial port isolation protection modules, and at least four network port modules are connected with the main controller through the switch; the main controller uses an S3C2440 chip and is used for executing data processing and signal control; the serial port isolation protection module uses an ADM2483BRWZ type chip and is used for isolating and protecting each serial port expanded on the serial port expansion circuit.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the RJ45 type four-network sixteen-serial-port server further includes a power module and a crystal oscillator circuit respectively connected to the main controller, where the power module provides a stable voltage for system operation; the crystal oscillator circuit provides a clock signal for keeping the system running.

In order to enable the anti-interference capability of the power supply module in the serial server provided by the invention to be better, in a preferred embodiment of the invention, the power supply module uses redundant power supplies, a dual-power supply design uses a B0505S-2W core power supply module, and when one power supply fails, the other redundant power supply is automatically switched to supply power, so that the whole system has no influence; and an isolation transformer is connected between the power module and the main controller, so that the anti-jamming capability of the power module can be further provided, and the power module is isolated and protected, thereby ensuring the normal work of the serial server.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the main controller is further connected to an ESD electrostatic protection circuit. In the circuit inside the serial server, electrostatic discharge is very common and can damage the internal components, so the electrostatic protection circuit arranged in the RJ45 type four-net sixteen-serial-port server can effectively prevent the electrostatic discharge from damaging the circuit components of the server, thereby effectively prolonging the service life of the internal components of the RJ45 type four-net sixteen-serial-port server.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the serial port expansion circuit is an ST16C554 chip, which can effectively perform serial port expansion.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the serial port processing circuit selects a TRS213IDBR type chip, and the type chip converts the TTL signal and the serial port signal.
