Abstract
The present invention relates to a display device, comprising: the winding sheet is provided with a first part and a second part and comprises a flexible display screen and a curtain-shaped supporting layer; a stationary support for supporting the first portion; a movable support capable of supporting the second portion; the movable support body slides relative to the fixed support body; a reel mechanism for winding the second part; the scroll mechanism is arranged at one end of the movable support body; the scroll mechanism comprises a scroll sleeve, a torsion spring and a supporting shaft, wherein the torsion spring drives the scroll sleeve to rotate and wind through pretightening force; the supporting shaft is fixed on the movable supporting body. According to the display device, when the winding sheet is unfolded, the flexible display screen can display the display, and can keep good stiffness, so that the requirements of touch control or other operations can be met; when the second part of the winding sheet is wound, the whole display device is reduced in volume and convenient to carry. The invention also discloses an electronic product.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of display technologies, and in particular, to a display device and an electronic product.
Background
The electronic product is required to be convenient to carry and small in size when being carried while a large screen and a large visual field are required.
At present, a display device of an electronic product generally adopts a flexible display screen, and the flexible display screen can meet the requirement of a large screen and a large visual field when being unfolded; meanwhile, the flexible display screen can meet the requirement of convenience in carrying when being wound and contracted.
However, when the flexible display screen is unfolded and needs to be touched or operated, the flexible display screen is flexible, so that the operation is inconvenient. That is to say, the flexible display screen of the display device of the current electronic product has poor stiffness when being unfolded, and cannot meet the requirements of touch control or other operations.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on this, a new display device is provided.
A display device, comprising:
a winding sheet including a first portion and a second portion in a winding direction; the winding sheet comprises a flexible display screen and a curtain-shaped supporting layer positioned on the back of the flexible display screen;
a fixed support for supporting a first portion of the winding sheet and fixedly connected to the first portion;
a movable support capable of supporting a second portion of the wound sheet; the movable support body is arranged on the side edge of the fixed support body and can slide relative to the fixed support body;
a reel mechanism for winding a second portion of the winding sheet; the reel mechanism is arranged at one end of the movable support body, which is far away from the fixed support body;
the movable support body has a retracted position and an extended position; when the movable support is in the retracted position, the second portion is wound by a reel mechanism; the second portion is deployed overlying the movable support when the movable support is in the deployed position.
According to the display device, when the winding sheet is unfolded, the flexible display screen can display the whole screen, and a large screen and a large visual field are presented at the moment; the back of the flexible display screen is provided with the curtain-shaped supporting layer, so that the flexible display screen is supported by the curtain-shaped supporting layer, good stiffness can be kept, and the requirements of touch control or other operations can be met; when the second part of the winding sheet is wound, the whole display device is reduced in volume and convenient to carry.
The reel mechanism comprises a reel sleeve, an elastic element and a supporting shaft, wherein the elastic element drives the reel sleeve to rotate and wind through pretightening force; the supporting shaft is fixed on the movable supporting body.
In one embodiment, the movable support comprises two sliding rails arranged in parallel.
In one embodiment, the side of the fixed support body is provided with an insertion cavity for the sliding rail to be inserted into.
In one embodiment, the fixed support body is provided with a locking operation member for locking the movable support body in the extended position.
In one embodiment, the bonding end of the flexible display screen is fixed with the fixed support.
In one embodiment, the curtain-like supporting layer comprises a plurality of metal strips arranged in parallel and connected to each other.
In one embodiment, the reel mechanism further comprises a fixed block fixed at one end of the supporting shaft and a movable block supported at the other end of the supporting shaft; the torsion spring is sleeved on the supporting shaft, one end of the torsion spring is fixed on the fixed block, and the other end of the torsion spring is fixed on the movable block so as to drive the reel sleeve to rotate through the movable block.
In one embodiment, the rolled sheet further comprises an adhesive layer for adhering the flexible display screen and the curtain-like support layer together; the adhesive layer is positioned between the flexible display screen and the curtain-shaped supporting layer.
The invention also provides an electronic product.
An electronic product comprises the display device provided by the invention.
The electronic product meets the requirement of a large screen on a large visual field, is convenient to carry, can keep good stiffness when the screen is unfolded, and can meet the requirement of touch control or other operations due to the adoption of the display device provided by the invention.
In one embodiment, the electronic product is a mobile phone or a tablet computer.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the invention, are intended for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used herein in the description of the invention is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a
display device100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a
winding sheet110, a
solid support120, a
movable support130, and a reel mechanism.
The
winding sheet110 includes a
flexible display111 and a curtain-
shaped support layer112. The
flexible display111 is a core component of the
display device100, and is used for displaying images. Preferably, the
flexible display screen111 is a flexible display touch screen, that is, the flexible display screen integrates both a display function and a touch function.
The curtain-shaped supporting
layer112 mainly serves to support the
flexible display screen111, so that the
flexible display screen111 can still maintain a certain stiffness under the action of external pressure. A curtain-
like support layer112 is positioned behind the
flexible display111.
The
winding sheet110 is divided into a
first portion101 and a
second portion102 in the winding direction. The
first portion101 is always in the deployed state. That is, the
first portion101 of the
winding sheet110 is not wound by the reel mechanism; the
second portion102 may be wound and deployed, or may be unwound and deployed. That is, winding is started from the side of the
second portion102 away from the
first portion101, that is, the side is the winding start side.
Wherein the
fixing supporter120 mainly functions to support the
first portion101 of the
winding sheet110. Since the
first portion101 is always in the expanded state, the
solid support120 always supports the
first portion101. Specifically, the
fixed supporter120 is fixedly coupled with the
first portion101 of the
winding sheet110. Preferably, the end of the
wound sheet110 remote from the
second portion102 is secured to the
solid support120, while the other portions are not secured. Of course, it is understood that the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned position, and the
first portion102 may be fixed in a manner that the first portion does not slip during the unwinding or winding process.
The main function of the
movable support130 is to support the
second portion102 of the
winding sheet110. That is, when the
second section102 is in the deployed state, the
movable support130 is supported on the back of the
second section102.
The
movable support130 is mounted on a side of the
fixed support120 and can slide relative to the
fixed support120. When the
second portion102 is in the winding state, the
second portion102 does not need to be supported by the
movable support130, and then the
movable support130 slides towards the
fixed support120, so that the volume of the
whole display device100 is reduced; when the
second portion102 is in the unfolded state, the
second portion102 needs to be supported by the
movable support130, and the
movable support130 slides away from the
fixed support120, so that the
movable support130 supports the
second portion102 in the unfolded state.
Wherein the main function of the reel mechanism is to wind the
second portion102 of the
winding sheet110. Specifically, the reel mechanism is mounted at an end of the
movable support130 away from the
fixed support120, so that the reel mechanism can start winding from a side of the
second portion102 away from the
first portion101.
Specifically, the reel mechanism includes a
reel sleeve141, a
torsion spring142 for driving the
reel sleeve141 to rotate by a preload, and a
support shaft143 for supporting the
torsion spring142. The
torsion spring142 may be configured as a spring clip or other elastic element.
The
support shaft143 is fixed to the
movable support130, so that the entire reel mechanism moves together with the
movable support130 in a direction toward or away from the
fixed support120. When the
winding sleeve141 is rotated and wound by the pre-tightening force of the
torsion spring141, the non-winding side of the
winding sheet110 is fixed to the
fixed support120, and the
support120 is driven to move toward the
solid support120 by the force generated by winding, so that the
movable support130 also moves toward the
solid support120.
The
movable support130 has a retracted position and an extended position; when the
movable support130 is in the retracted position, the
second portion102 is wound by the reel mechanism; when the
movable support130 is in the deployed position, the
second portion102 is deployed to overlie the
movable support130.
In one embodiment, the
curtain support layer112 comprises a plurality of metal strips arranged in parallel and connected to each other. This further improves the support of the
curtain support layer112 and facilitates the winding of the
curtain support layer112.
In one embodiment, the roll-up
sheet110 further comprises an adhesive layer (not shown) for adhering the
flexible display111 and the curtain-
like support layer112 together; the adhesive layer is located between the
flexible display111 and the
curtain support layer112. This may better combine the
flexible display111 with the curtain-
like support layer112 to facilitate the winding of the winding
sheet110. Of course, it is understood that the adhesive layer may not be provided, and only the two ends of the curtain-shaped supporting layer are fixed to the flexible display screen.
Preferably, the bonding end of the
flexible display111 is fixed with the fixed
support120. Thus, the bonding end is prevented from being wound, damage caused by winding the bonding end is avoided, and the reliability and the service life of the whole display device are improved.
In one embodiment, the
movable support130 includes two parallel sliding
rails131. Further, both ends of the support shaft are fixed to an end of the
slide rail131 away from the fixed
support120.
In order to further reduce the volume of the
whole display device100, an insertion cavity for inserting the sliding
rail131 is formed at the side of the fixed
support120. This makes it possible to effectively use the space inside the fixed
support120, thereby making the
entire display device100 smaller in size in the collapsed state; in addition, the inserting cavity can further guide the sliding
rail131 to move, so that the sliding
rail131 can move more stably; meanwhile, the sliding
rail131 is located in the insertion cavity in the contraction state, so that the risk that the sliding
rail131 is damaged due to external impact is avoided.
In one embodiment, the fixed
support120 is provided with a locking
operation member160 for locking the
movable support130 in the extended position. When the locking
operation member160 locks the
movable support130 and the fixed
support120, the
movable support130 cannot slide relative to the fixed
support120. When the locking
operation member160 releases the
movable support130 from the fixed
support120, the
movable support130 can be slid with respect to the fixed
support120.
In one embodiment, the reel mechanism further includes a fixed
block146 fixed to one end of the supporting
shaft143, and a
movable block145 supported at the other end of the supporting
shaft143; the
torsion spring142 is sleeved on the supporting
shaft143, and one end of the
torsion spring142 is fixed on the fixed
block146, and the other end is fixed on the
movable block145 to drive the
reel sleeve141 to rotate through the
movable block145.
The process of expanding and contracting the display device will be explained below.
Referring to fig. 1, when the display device is in a contracted state, if the
flexible display screen111 needs to be completely unfolded, the
movable support130 is pulled to be pulled outwards away from the fixed
support120, the
movable support130 drives the
support shaft143 and the
reel sleeve141 to move outwards, the
reel sleeve141 rotates and unreels under the action of the outwards moving force, and the
second portion102 of the winding
sheet110 is slowly unfolded; meanwhile, the torsion force of the
reel sleeve141 deforms the
torsion spring142, thereby generating a pre-tightening force.
Until the
movable support130 reaches a predetermined position, the locking
operation member160 locks the
movable support130 so that the
movable support130 cannot slide relative to the fixed
support120. Referring to fig. 2, at this time, the
first portion101 of the winding
sheet110 is supported by the fixed
support120, the
second portion102 of the entire winding
sheet110 is completely unwound, the
second portion102 is supported by the
movable support130, and the back surface of the
flexible display111 of the
second portion102 is supported by the curtain-shaped
support layer112, so that the
flexible display111 has certain stiffness to meet the touch operation or other operation requirements.
When the display device needs to be retracted, the
lock operation member160 is pressed down to release the lock. Under the action of the pre-tightening force of the
torsion spring142, the
reel sleeve141 rotates to wind, and the acting force generated by winding causes the reel sleeve and the supporting
shaft143 to move along the direction close to the fixed
support120, thereby driving the
movable support130 to move towards the direction close to the fixed
support120, until the
movable support130 can not further approach the fixed
support120.
According to the display device, when the winding sheet is unfolded, the flexible display screen can display the whole screen, and a large screen and a large visual field are presented at the moment; the back of the flexible display screen is provided with the curtain-shaped supporting layer, so that the flexible display screen is supported by the curtain-shaped supporting layer, good stiffness can be kept, and the requirements of touch control or other operations can be met; when the second part of the winding sheet is wound, the whole display device is reduced in volume and convenient to carry.
The invention also provides an electronic product.
An electronic product comprises the display device provided by the invention.
Of course, it is understood that the electronic product includes other devices besides the display device, and the specific structures of the other devices and the connection relationships between the devices may adopt structures known to those skilled in the art according to the requirements of the specific electronic product, and are not described herein again.
Preferably, the electronic product is a mobile phone or a tablet computer.
The electronic product meets the requirement of a large screen on a large visual field, is convenient to carry, can keep good stiffness when the screen is unfolded, and can meet the requirement of touch control or other operations due to the adoption of the display device provided by the invention.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

1. A display device, comprising:
a winding sheet including a first portion and a second portion in a winding direction; the winding sheet comprises a flexible display screen and a curtain-shaped supporting layer positioned on the back of the flexible display screen, wherein the curtain-shaped supporting layer comprises a plurality of metal strips which are arranged in parallel and connected in sequence;
a fixed support for supporting a first portion of the winding sheet and fixedly connected to the first portion;
a movable support capable of supporting a second portion of the wound sheet; the movable support body is arranged on the fixed support body and can slide relative to the fixed support body; the movable supporting body comprises two sliding rails which are arranged in parallel, and the side edge of the fixed supporting body is provided with an inserting cavity into which the sliding rails are inserted;
a reel mechanism for winding a second portion of the winding sheet; the reel mechanism is arranged at one end of the movable support body, which is far away from the fixed support body; the movable support body has a retracted position and an extended position; when the movable support is in the retracted position, the second portion is wound by a reel mechanism; the second portion is deployed overlying the movable support when the movable support is in the deployed position;
the locking operation part is arranged on the outer surface of the fixed support body, and is used for locking the movable support body when the movable support body reaches a specified position, and the locking operation part is also used for releasing locking when being pressed down;
the reel mechanism comprises a reel sleeve, an elastic element and a supporting shaft, wherein the elastic element drives the reel sleeve to rotate and wind through pretightening force; the supporting shaft is fixed on the movable supporting body, and two ends of the supporting shaft are fixed at one end, far away from the fixed supporting body, of the sliding rail.
2. The display device of claim 1, wherein the bonding end of the flexible display screen is fixed with the fixed support.

The display device according to claim 1, wherein the elastic member comprises a torsion spring, and the reel mechanism further comprises a fixed block fixed to one end of the support shaft and a movable block supported to the other end of the support shaft; the torsion spring is sleeved on the supporting shaft, one end of the torsion spring is fixed on the fixed block, and the other end of the torsion spring is fixed on the movable block so as to drive the reel sleeve to rotate through the movable block.
4. The display device of claim 1, wherein the wound sheet further comprises an adhesive layer for adhering the flexible display screen to the curtain support layer; the adhesive layer is positioned between the flexible display screen and the curtain-shaped supporting layer.
5. An electronic product comprising the display device according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
6. The electronic product according to claim 5, wherein the electronic product is a mobile phone or a tablet computer.
