Abstract
A touch display panel, comprising: the cover plate comprises a blocking part and a main body part, the blocking part is arranged on one surface of the main body part, the blocking part is of a strip-shaped convex structure, and the strip-shaped blocking parts are connected end to end; the touch display module is arranged opposite to the surface of the cover plate, provided with the blocking part; and the adhesive is arranged between the cover plate and the touch display module and adheres the cover plate and the touch display module, and the adhesive is positioned in an area surrounded by the blocking part.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of touch display, in particular to a touch display panel.
Background
The curved display screen has a high recognition degree due to its curved surface, and currently, a general curved display screen includes a 3D display screen having a continuously curved surface and a 2.5D display screen having only an edge region with a certain curvature.
However, in both the 3D display screen and the 2.5D display screen, adhesion failure inevitably occurs when the layers are bonded to each other in the display screen.
Disclosure of Invention
A touch display panel, comprising:
the cover plate comprises a blocking part and a main body part, the blocking part is arranged on one surface of the main body part, the blocking part is of a strip-shaped convex structure, and the strip-shaped blocking parts are connected end to end;
the touch display module is arranged opposite to the surface of the cover plate, provided with the blocking part; and
and the adhesive is arranged between the cover plate and the touch display module and adheres the cover plate and the touch display module, and the adhesive is positioned in an area surrounded by the blocking part.
According to the touch display panel, the blocking part is arranged on the surface of the cover plate, so that the adhesive does not overflow, the liquid adhesive is used for bonding to form a feasible scheme, and gaps or bubbles generated when the solid adhesive is used for bonding a curved surface are avoided.

Detailed Description
In order to make the disclosure more complete and complete, reference may be made to the accompanying drawings, in which like references indicate the same or similar elements, and to the following description of various embodiments of the invention. First embodiment
Fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a
touch display panel10 according to a first embodiment of the invention. The
touch display panel10 includes a
cover plate11, a
touch display module12 and an
adhesive13, wherein the
cover plate11 includes a
main body portion111 and a
barrier portion112. The
blocking portion112 is disposed on a surface of the
main body111; the
touch display module12 is arranged opposite to the surface of the blocking
part112 of the
cover plate11; the
adhesive13 is disposed between the
cover plate11 and the
touch display module12 for bonding the
cover plate11 and the
touch display module12.
The
cover plate11 is made of a transparent or translucent material, in one embodiment, the material of the
cover plate11 may be organic, such as Polycarbonate (PC), Polyimide (PI), Polyethylene naphthalate (PEN), Polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and cyclic olefin Copolymer (COP); the material of the
cover plate11 may also be an inorganic substance, such as silicon dioxide (SiO 2).
Fig. 2 is a schematic plan view of a
cover plate11 of a
touch display panel10 according to a first embodiment of the invention. The
blocking portion112 is disposed on a surface of the
cover plate11 and carried by the
main body portion111, the blocking
portion112 is a strip-shaped protrusion structure, the
blocking portion112 is disposed along an edge region of a surface of the
main body portion111, and the blocking
portion112 is connected end to form a closed region. In an embodiment, the closed area formed by the blocking
portion112 may have the same shape as or a different shape from the
main body portion111, and the closed area formed by the blocking
portion112 may have a regular pattern such as a ring, a rectangle, a diamond, or other irregular patterns meeting requirements.
Fig. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a
cover plate11 of a
touch display panel10 according to a first embodiment of the invention. The
main body111 is a part of the
cover plate11 having a bearing and a covering function, the
main body111 has a continuous curvature, and the geometric center of the
main body111 is not on the same horizontal line with any point on the edge thereof. In one embodiment, the protruding direction of the blocking
portion112 is the same as the bending direction of the
main body portion111, and in other embodiments, the protruding direction of the blocking
portion112 may not be the same as the bending direction of the
main body portion111.
The
main body111 and the
stopper112 are made of the same material. In one embodiment, the
cover plate11 is made of an organic material and can be formed by injection molding or injection molding, and the
main body111 and the
barrier112 are formed in the same injection molding or injection molding process. In other embodiments, the
cover plate11 is made of an inorganic material, and may be formed by a sintering or etching process, and the
main body111 and the
barrier112 are formed in the same sintering or etching process.
The
touch display module12 may include a display unit and a touch unit. The Display unit may be an Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED), a Micro Light-Emitting Diode (MLED), or a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) type Display unit. The touch unit may be an In-cell touch (In-cell) or an On-cell touch (On-cell) touch unit, and the touch mode of the touch unit may be a capacitive type or a resistive type. The touch unit and the display unit can be bonded by means of embedding or sticking to form a
touch display module12 with a complete touch display function.
In one embodiment, the
touch display module12 has a continuous curvature, and the bending directions of the
touch display module12 and the
main body111 are the same. The
cover plate11 and the
touch display module12 are stacked, the
touch display module12 contacts and abuts against the
blocking portion112, and the
adhesive13 is filled in an area surrounded by the
main body portion111, the
blocking portion112 and the
touch display module12 to bond the
cover plate11 and the
touch display module12.
In other embodiments, the
touch display module12 is a planar structure, and the area of the
touch display module12 is equal to or smaller than the area of the region surrounded by the
barrier portion112. If the area of the
touch display module12 is equal to the area of the area surrounded by the
barrier portion112, at least a portion of the
touch display module12 is clamped in the area surrounded by the
barrier portion112, and the
adhesive13 is filled in the area surrounded by the
main body portion111, the
barrier portion112 and the
touch display module12 to bond the
cover plate11 and the
touch display module12. If the area of the
touch display module12 is smaller than the area of the area surrounded by the
barrier112, at least a portion of the touch display module is located in the area surrounded by the
barrier112, the shortest straight distance between the
touch display module12 and the
main body111 is smaller than the height of the protrusion of the
barrier112, and the
main body111 and the
touch display module12 are bonded by the
adhesive13.
In one embodiment, the
adhesive13 may be a liquid adhesive. And injecting the
adhesive13 into the area surrounded by the
barrier part112, and solidifying the
adhesive112 after the
cover plate11 is attached to the
touch display module12. The
barrier112 can limit the
liquid adhesive13 in a specific area, and since the
barrier112 has a convex structure, the barrier can prevent the
adhesive13 from overflowing, and the process of removing the overflowing adhesive can be reduced.
Second embodiment
Fig. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a
touch display panel20 according to a second embodiment of the invention. The
touch display panel20 includes a
cover plate21, a
touch display module22 and an adhesive 23, the
cover plate21 includes a
main body portion211 and a
blocking portion212, and the
blocking portion212 is disposed on a surface of the
main body portion211; the
touch display module22 is disposed opposite to the
blocking portion212 of the
cover plate21; the
adhesive23 is disposed between the
cover plate21 and the
touch display module22 and bonds the
cover plate21 and the
touch display module22.
The
cover plate21 is made of a transparent or translucent material, and in one embodiment, the material of the
cover plate21 may be organic, such as Polycarbonate (PC), Polyimide (PI), Polyethylene naphthalate (PEN), Polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and cyclic olefin Copolymer (COP); the material of the
cover plate21 may also be an inorganic substance such as silicon dioxide (SiO 2).
Fig. 5 is a schematic plan view of a
cover plate21 of a
touch display panel20 according to a second embodiment of the invention. The blocking
portion212 is disposed on a surface of the
cover plate21 and carried by the
main body portion211, the blocking
portion212 is a strip-shaped protrusion structure, the blocking
portion212 is disposed along an edge region of a surface of the
main body portion211, and the blocking
portions212 are connected end to form a closed region. In an embodiment, the closed region of the blocking
portion212 may have the same shape as or different from the
main body portion211, and the closed region of the blocking
portion212 may have a regular pattern such as a ring, a rectangle, a diamond, or other irregular patterns meeting requirements.
Fig. 6 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a
cover plate21 of a
touch display panel20 according to a second embodiment of the invention. The
main body211 is a part of the
cover plate21 having a bearing and a covering function, the edge of the
main body211 has a curvature, the other area of the
main body211 is a plane, and the geometric center of the
main body211 and any point on the edge are not on the same horizontal line. In one embodiment, the protruding direction of the blocking
portion212 is the same as the bending direction of the
main body portion211, and in other embodiments, the protruding direction of the blocking
portion212 may not be the same as the bending direction of the
main body portion211.
The
body portion211 and the
barrier portion212 are made of the same material. In one embodiment, the
cover plate21 is made of an organic material, and can be formed by injection molding or injection molding, and the
main body211 and the
barrier212 are formed in the same injection molding or injection molding process. In other embodiments, the
cover plate21 is made of an inorganic material, and may be formed by a sintering or etching process, and the
main body portion211 and the
barrier portion212 are formed in the same sintering or etching process.
The
touch display module22 may include a display unit and a touch unit. In an embodiment, the edge of the
touch display module22 has a curvature, the curvature directions of the areas of the
touch display module22 and the
main body portion211 having the curvature are the same, the
cover plate21 and the
touch display module22 are stacked in the same curvature direction, the
cover plate21 is curved toward the direction deviated from the
touch display module22, the
touch display module22 contacts and abuts against the blocking
portion212, and the adhesive 23 is filled in the area surrounded by the
main body portion211, the blocking
portion212 and the
touch display module22 to bond the
cover plate21 and the
touch display module22.
In other embodiments, the
touch display module22 is a planar structure, and the area of the
touch display module22 is equal to or smaller than the area of the area surrounded by the
barrier portion212; if the area of the
touch display module22 is equal to the area of the area surrounded by the
barrier portion212, at least a portion of the touch display module is clamped in the area surrounded by the
barrier portion212, and the adhesive 23 is filled in the area surrounded by the
main body portion211, the
barrier portion212, and the
touch display module22 to bond the
cover plate21 and the
touch display module22; if the area of the
touch display module22 is smaller than the area of the area surrounded by the
barrier portion212, at least a portion of the touch display module is located in the area surrounded by the
barrier portion212, the shortest straight distance between the
touch display module22 and the
main body portion211 is smaller than the height of the protrusion of the
barrier portion212, and the
main body portion211 and the touch display module are bonded by the adhesive 23.
In one embodiment, the adhesive 23 may be a liquid adhesive. The adhesive 23 needs to be injected into the area surrounded by the blocking
portion212, and after the
cover plate21 is attached to the
touch display module22, the adhesive 212 is solidified. The
barrier212 can limit the liquid adhesive 23 in a specific area, and since the
barrier212 has a convex structure, the overflow of the adhesive 23 can be prevented, and the overflow of the adhesive can be reduced.
Third embodiment
Fig. 7 is a schematic view illustrating a bonding process of the touch display panel according to the present invention. The touch display panel may be any one of the first to second embodiments. The
cover plate31 is fixed on the
lower stage35 side, and the
touch display module32 is fixed on the
upper stage36 side. The
lower stage35 and the
upper stage36 are disposed opposite to each other so that the
cover plate31 and the
touch display module32 are disposed facing each other without being in contact with each other, and the adhesive 33 is injected into the area surrounded by the barrier portion 332 in the arrow direction.
In one embodiment, the adhesive 33 is a liquid adhesive, and the distance h between the
touch display module32 and the
main body311 is reduced by moving the
lower stage35 and the
upper stage36 before the adhesive 33 is solidified. The thickness of the touch display panel can be adjusted by adjusting the distance h between the
touch display module32 and the
main body311 and the thickness of the adhesive 33.
Fig. 8 is a schematic view illustrating a bonding process of the touch display panel according to the present invention. The distance between the
touch display module32 and the
main body portion311 is continuously reduced to make the
touch display module32 contact and abut against the blocking
portion312, or at least part of the
touch display module32 is located in the area surrounded by the blocking
portion312, and the distance h from the
touch display module32 to the
main body portion311 is smaller than the height of the blocking
portion312, and when the adhesive 33 is solidified, the
cover plate21 and the
touch display module22 can be bonded.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. A touch display panel, comprising:
the cover plate comprises a blocking part and a main body part, the main body part has a continuous radian, the blocking part is arranged on the surface of the main body part with the radian and is borne by the main body part, the blocking part is of a strip-shaped convex structure, and the convex direction of the blocking part is the same as the bending direction of the main body part;
the touch display module is arranged opposite to the surface of the blocking part, the cover plate and the touch display module are stacked, and the touch display module is contacted with and abutted against the blocking part; and
and the viscose is arranged between the cover plate and the touch display module and filled in an area surrounded by the main body part, the barrier part and the touch display module so as to realize the bonding of the cover plate and the touch display module.
2. The touch display panel of claim 1, wherein: the edge of the touch display module is provided with a radian, and the touch display module is the same as the bending direction of the area of the main body part with the radian.
3. The touch display panel of claim 1, wherein: the main body part has continuous radian, and the geometric center of the main body part and any point on the edge of the main body part are not on the same horizontal line.
4. The touch display panel of claim 3, wherein: the touch display module is provided with a continuous radian and the bending direction of the touch display module is the same as that of the main body part.
5. The touch display panel according to claim 1 or 3, wherein: the touch display module is of a plane structure, and the area of the touch display module is smaller than or equal to the area of the area surrounded by the blocking parts.
6. The touch display panel of claim 1, wherein: the blocking portion is disposed along an edge of the main body portion.
7. The touch display panel of claim 6, wherein: the touch display module is at least partially located in an area surrounded by the blocking portion, and the touch display module is not in contact with the main body portion.
8. The touch display panel of claim 1, wherein: the blocking part and the cover plate are made of the same material and are manufactured in the same process, and the blocking part and the cover plate have the same color and are transparent.
