Abstract
The invention discloses a linkage control method, which comprises the following steps: acquiring a trigger state of calling equipment in real time; when the calling equipment is triggered, confirming the playing state of the audio and video playing equipment; and when the audio and video playing equipment is confirmed to be in a playing state, controlling the audio and video playing equipment and/or pushing prompt information to intelligent equipment with a display function. Compared with the prior art, if the audio and video playing device is confirmed to be in the playing state, the playing state of the audio and video playing device is controlled firstly, the influence of the calling sound generated when the calling device is triggered is reduced by reducing the volume or pausing, and simultaneously all intelligent devices with the display function in the house of the user are utilized to carry out linkage as far as possible to push prompt information for the user, so that the influence of the audio and video playing device on the calling device when the calling device is triggered is further reduced, and the use experience of the user on the intelligent home is further improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of smart home, in particular to a linkage control method, a linkage control system, computer equipment and a readable storage medium.
Background
With the increasing living standard of people, various calling devices enter the lives of people, such as intelligent doorbells, door phones and the like, and become necessities in modern homes gradually. Among them, the use of calling devices is also rapidly developing, and the selection of calling devices with various functions is continuously enriched. After the calling device outside the door is triggered by a person, the ring of the calling user inside the door can sound to prompt the user that a visitor visits. Along with the increasing popularization of the home market intellectualization, the calling equipment is gradually linked with the intelligent home system to adapt to the existing intelligent home application, and therefore the life quality of people is improved.
However, the following problems are encountered for the conventional visitor visiting method: when a visitor visits a call button which triggers a calling device, if a user just listens to music or watches a video program through an audio and video playing device (a mobile terminal, a television or a smart sound box and the like). At this time, if the volume played by the audio/video playing device is greater than the calling sound emitted by the calling device, the sound emitted by the calling device is masked. This may result in the user not being able to hear the sound of the calling device and thus not being able to timely alert the user of the visitor's visit.
In view of the above problems, no effective solution has been proposed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a linkage control method, a linkage control system, computer equipment and a readable storage medium, which can control the playing state of audio and video playing equipment in a linkage manner, and/or push prompt information to intelligent equipment with a display function and can timely inform a user that a visitor visits.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a linkage control method, including the steps of:
acquiring a trigger state of calling equipment in real time;
when the calling equipment is triggered, confirming the playing state of the audio and video playing equipment;
and when the audio and video playing equipment is confirmed to be in a playing state, controlling the audio and video playing equipment and/or pushing prompt information to intelligent equipment with a display function.
Wherein, the controlling the audio and video playing device comprises:
judging whether a user carries out information feedback within a first set time period or not;
if so, detecting the background volume in the current indoor environment;
judging whether the background volume is larger than a preset volume threshold value or not;
and if so, adjusting the playing volume of the audio and video playing equipment.
Wherein, the adjustment of the playing volume of the audio and video playing device comprises:

The embodiment of the application acquires the trigger state of the calling equipment in real time; when the calling equipment is triggered, confirming the playing state of the audio and video playing equipment; and when the audio and video playing equipment is confirmed to be in the playing state, controlling the audio and video playing equipment and/or pushing prompt information to intelligent equipment with a display function. The computer equipment is in communication connection with the calling equipment, the audio and video playing equipment and the intelligent equipment, and control over the calling equipment, the audio and video playing equipment and the intelligent equipment is achieved. The communication connection mode may be a wired connection or a wireless connection, such as a WIFI connection, a Zigbee connection, a mobile internet (e.g., 5G), and the like.
The computer device may include a processor and a communicator, memory, microphone, speaker, display, and the like electrically connected to the processor. The communicator is used for information receiving and information sending between the equipment and other equipment except the linkage control device. The sound pick-up is used for receiving sound input by a user. The speaker is used to output sound to the user. The display is used to output images or video to the user.

The calling device includes, but is not limited to, an intelligent doorbell and an entrance machine. Taking the door phone as an example, the door phone includes an outdoor unit and an indoor unit. The outdoor unit is generally installed outside the outdoor doorway, and the indoor unit is generally installed indoors to issue a prompting ring to remind a visitor of visiting. The outdoor unit comprises a trigger switch for triggering the door phone, in some application scenes, the trigger switch can be a touch key or a doorbell key, and once a visitor touches the touch key of the outdoor unit or presses the doorbell key of the outdoor unit, the indoor unit can send out a calling sound for prompting the user that the visitor visits. By acquiring the trigger state of the door phone in real time, the visiting condition of the visitor can be monitored all weather, so that the user can be informed in time.
Step S12: and when the calling equipment is triggered, confirming the playing state of the audio and video playing equipment.
The audio/video playing device may be, but not limited to, various devices that can be used for playing audio/video content, such as a mobile phone, a television, a sound box, a tablet computer (PAD), a notebook computer, a desktop computer, and a panel device. When the calling equipment is triggered, the computer equipment detects the playing states of the mobile phone and all the audio and video playing equipment one by one so as to confirm the current playing state of each audio and video playing equipment.

The intelligent equipment with the display function comprises but is not limited to a mobile phone, a television, an intelligent sound box, an intelligent sweeper, an intelligent refrigerator, a magic mirror, an intelligent wardrobe, a computer, an intelligent scene panel, monitored broadcasting equipment and other intelligent household equipment which can be used for pushing prompt information to a user.
When any audio and video playing device is confirmed to be in a playing state, the computer device firstly controls the audio and video playing device in the playing state, for example, the volume of the audio and video playing device is reduced or the playing of the audio and video playing device is controlled through adjustment, so that the influence of the sound played by the audio and video playing device on the triggering of the calling device is reduced; and then to the intelligent device with the display function. For example, the intelligent device is a mobile phone, and the prompt message is a set mobile phone ring for visitor visiting; or the intelligent equipment is a television, and text information of visiting of the visitor is pushed and played to a display screen of the television; or the intelligent equipment is an intelligent sound box, and pushes and circularly broadcasts the voice information of the visitor to the intelligent sound box.
In this embodiment, if it is determined that the audio/video playing device is in the playing state, the playing state of the audio/video playing device is controlled first, the influence of the calling sound generated when the calling device is triggered is reduced by reducing the volume or pausing, and all the intelligent devices with the display function in the user's home are used for linkage as far as possible to push prompt information for the user, so that the influence of the audio/video playing device on the calling device when the calling device is triggered is further reduced, and the use experience of the user on the intelligent home is further improved.

The preset volume threshold may be set according to a default volume value set by the computer device, for example, 30 db, or may be set by the user according to actual use conditions, for example, 25 db.

In step S23, if it is smaller, that is, the background volume is smaller than or equal to the preset volume threshold, the process ends.
Step S24: and adjusting the playing volume of the audio and video playing equipment.
If the background volume detection indicates that the audio/video playing device is playing sound, the current playing volume value is 50 db, and the preset volume threshold is set to 30 db, the background volume exceeds the preset volume threshold, and the volume of the audio/video playing device can be reduced or the playing can be suspended.
Further, the audio and video playing device can be adjusted according to the set attenuation coefficient or directly adjusted to the preset volume threshold. Specifically, when the user feeds back the information, the computer device directly adjusts the volume of the audio and video playing device to a preset volume threshold value, so that the subsequent conversation between the user and the visitor is facilitated. Or, when the calling device is triggered, the computer device controls the playing volume of the audio and video playing device to be adjusted according to the set attenuation coefficient, so that the playing volume value of the audio and video playing device is gradually adjusted to the preset volume threshold value at a certain time, and the processing can not cause a more abrupt influence on a user, thereby improving the use experience of the user.

The second set time period is custom set according to the actual use condition of the user, for example, 80 seconds. 5. The method of claim 1, wherein the pushing the prompt message to the smart device with the display function comprises:
setting a response level for each intelligent device in advance;
acquiring the current network connection state of each intelligent device;
and pushing information to the intelligent equipment from high to low according to the set response level.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the pushing information to the smart device from high to low according to the set response level comprises:
carrying out information push on the intelligent equipment with the highest current response level;
judging whether the user carries out information feedback within a third set time period or not;
and if the information is not fed back, continuing to push the information to the intelligent equipment of the next level.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein said pre-setting a level of response for each of said smart devices comprises:
each of the smart devices sets a response level according to a location of a distribution area in the house.
8. A computer device comprising a processor and a memory interconnected, wherein the memory is configured to store a computer program comprising program instructions, and wherein the processor is configured to invoke the program instructions to perform the coordinated control method according to any one of claims 1-7.
9. A linkage control system, comprising at least one audio-video playing device, a calling device and a computer device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the audio-video playing device and the calling device are respectively in communication connection with the computer device.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer storage medium stores a computer program comprising program instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform the linkage control method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
