the rotating mechanism comprises a rotating connecting plate, a rotating shaft and a connecting support rod, the rotating connecting plate is connected with the cleaning device through the connecting support rod in a sliding mode, a rotating long groove is formed in the length direction of the rotating connecting plate, the rotating shaft is located in the rotating long groove and can move in the length direction of the rotating long groove, and the rotating connecting plate is connected with the moving mechanism through the rotating shaft.
