Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of biological seed dressing production, for example to a biological seed dressing composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Wheat is an important grain crop in China, the planting distribution is wide, soil drought exists in many areas, the wheat emergence rate is low, and normal cultivation production is influenced. In addition, the wheat seeding period has less rainfall, the wheat seedlings are easy to be weak due to water shortage in the growth stage of the wheat seedlings, the problems of freeze injury, insufficient tillering and the like are caused, and the yield and the quality of the wheat are finally influenced, so that the problem of good wheat seedling emergence is solved, particularly in arid regions, the wheat seedling emergence rate is high, the seedlings are strong and excellent, and the method is very important for wheat cultivation in China.
The method is a common production method by wrapping seed dressing agent on the outer surface of wheat seeds, the common seed dressing agent is usually added with insect-proof and disease-proof chemical agents, major elements, medium and trace elements, growth regulators and the like, but neglects the regulation of moisture, and the moisture content is more important for wheat seedling emergence.

adding the second mixed material into the stirring tank, and stirring again until the second mixed material is uniform to obtain a uniform solution;
and transferring the uniform solution in the stirring tank into a reaction kettle, and keeping the temperature at 50-60 ℃ for 30-40 minutes to obtain the biological seed dressing composition.
Optionally, the first material comprises, by weight: 15-20 parts of zinc sulfate, 3-5 parts of copper sulfate, 5-8 parts of boric acid, 5-8 parts of ammonium molybdate, 10-15 parts of calcium nitrate, 5-10 parts of magnesium nitrate, 10-15 parts of ammonium nitrate, 20-30 parts of EDTA-disodium and 20-30 parts of citric acid.

Optionally, the second material is sequentially added with polyglutamic acid, 40% amino acid powder, 40% chitosan oligosaccharide and potassium sorbate.
By adopting the preparation method of the biological seed dressing composition provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the prepared biological seed dressing composition has good water retention and strong cohesiveness, and can improve the water content of the seed-dressed crop seeds in the seed dressing application of the crop seeds, improve the humidity around the crop seeds after the seed-dressed crop seeds are sowed, firmly lock the seed-dressed crop seeds for absorption, reduce the loss of nutrient ions, attach nutrient substances, disease-preventing substances and the like on the crop seeds, and reduce the amount of soil entering, thereby further improving the water retention of the biological seed dressing composition and further improving the emergence rate of the crops using the seed dressing composition.
In some test examples
Taking two groups of the same wheat seeds, dressing the wheat seeds of one group by using the biological seed dressing composition prepared in the example 1 to form a treatment group, dressing the wheat seeds of the other group by using the same amount of clear water to form a control group, uniformly dividing the wheat seeds in the treatment group into three parts, sowing the three parts into three flowerpots with the water contents of 30%, 50% and 80%, and covering soil; uniformly dividing the wheat seeds in the control group into three parts, sowing the three parts in three flowerpots with the water contents of 30%, 50% and 80%, and covering soil; the pots in which the wheat seeds of the treatment group and the control group were sown were placed in warm places, and the statistical rate of wheat emergence after one week was as shown in table 1:

Example 2
The embodiment provides a biological seed dressing composition, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 400 parts of polyglutamic acid, 150 parts of 40% amino acid powder, 20 parts of zinc sulfate, 5 parts of copper sulfate, 8 parts of boric acid, 8 parts of ammonium molybdate, 15 parts of calcium nitrate, 10 parts of magnesium nitrate, 15 parts of ammonium nitrate, 30 parts of EDTA-disodium (ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid), 30 parts of citric acid, 10 parts of 40% chitosan oligosaccharide, 20 parts of potassium sorbate and 350 parts of water.
The biological seed dressing composition provided by the embodiment of the disclosure has high polyglutamic acid content and high content of other medium and trace elements, and the polyglutamic acid can also chelate other medium and trace elements, so that the nutrient ions are firmly locked to be absorbed by crop seeds, the loss of the nutrient ions is reduced, the content of the medium and trace elements in the biological seed dressing composition is increased, sufficient nutrients are provided for the crop seeds at the early stage of emergence, and the emergence rate of crops after the seed dressing composition is used is further increased.
Optionally, the water is deionized water. Therefore, deionized water is nearly pure water obtained by removing ionic impurities in water through ion exchange resin, the deionized water is used as a solvent of the materials, the dissolution of the materials can be accelerated, the production efficiency is improved, and the prepared biological mixing composition has better water retention property.
Alternatively, the above-described biological seed dressing composition is used for sowing applications of crop seeds. Therefore, the biological seed-dressing composition is applied to the seeding of crops, the crop seeds are mixed with the biological seed-dressing composition, the humidity around the crop seeds can be improved after the crop seeds are seeded, other medium and trace elements are locked, the absorption of the root systems of the crop seeds is facilitated, and the seedling emergence rate of the crop seeds is improved.
Optionally, the crop seed is a wheat seed.
In some examples of dressing wheat seeds with the biological seed dressing composition, 200ml of the biological seed dressing composition is taken, 1L of clear water is added for dilution, the diluted solution is sprayed on the surface of 15kg of wheat seeds, the mixture is uniformly stirred and dried for 60 minutes, and then sowing can be carried out.
This example provides a method of preparing a biological seed dressing composition, comprising:
(1) adding the first material into a stirring tank containing 350 parts of water, and stirring until the first material is completely dissolved;
(2) adding the second mixed material into the stirring tank, and stirring again until the second mixed material is uniform to obtain a uniform solution;
(3) transferring the uniform solution in the stirring tank into a reaction kettle, and keeping the temperature at 60 ℃ for 40 minutes to obtain the biological seed dressing composition.
Optionally, the first material comprises, by weight: 20 parts of zinc sulfate, 5 parts of copper sulfate, 8 parts of boric acid, 8 parts of ammonium molybdate, 15 parts of calcium nitrate, 10 parts of magnesium nitrate, 15 parts of ammonium nitrate, 30 parts of EDTA-disodium and 30 parts of citric acid.
Alternatively, the first material is added in the order of zinc sulfate, copper sulfate, boric acid, ammonium molybdate, calcium nitrate, magnesium nitrate, ammonium nitrate, EDTA-disodium, and citric acid.
Optionally, the second material comprises, by weight: 400 parts of polyglutamic acid, 150 parts of 40% amino acid powder, 10 parts of 40% chitosan oligosaccharide and 20 parts of potassium sorbate.
Optionally, the second material is sequentially added with polyglutamic acid, 40% amino acid powder, 40% chitosan oligosaccharide and potassium sorbate.
By adopting the preparation method of the biological seed dressing composition provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the prepared biological seed dressing composition has high content of medium trace elements, and by utilizing the characteristic that polyglutamic acid can also chelate other medium trace elements, nutrient ions are firmly locked to be absorbed by crop seeds, the loss of nutrient ions is reduced, the content of the medium trace elements in the biological seed dressing composition is improved, enough nutrients are provided for the crop seeds at the early stage of seedling emergence, and the seedling emergence rate of crops using the seed dressing composition is further improved.
In some test examples

Claims (10)
1. The biological seed dressing composition is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
100-500 parts of polyglutamic acid, 100-250 parts of 40% amino acid powder, 15-20 parts of zinc sulfate, 3-5 parts of copper sulfate, 5-8 parts of boric acid, 5-8 parts of ammonium molybdate, 10-15 parts of calcium nitrate, 5-10 parts of magnesium nitrate, 10-15 parts of ammonium nitrate, 20-30 parts of EDTA-disodium (disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate), 20-30 parts of citric acid, 5-10 parts of 40% chitosan oligosaccharide, 10-20 parts of potassium sorbate and 300-700 parts of water.
2. The biological seed dressing composition of claim 1, comprising, in parts by weight:
400-500 parts of polyglutamic acid, 100-150 parts of 40% amino acid powder, 15-20 parts of zinc sulfate, 3-5 parts of copper sulfate, 5-8 parts of boric acid, 5-8 parts of ammonium molybdate, 10-15 parts of calcium nitrate, 5-10 parts of magnesium nitrate, 10-15 parts of ammonium nitrate, 20-30 parts of EDTA-disodium, 20-30 parts of citric acid, 5-10 parts of 40% chitosan oligosaccharide, 10-20 parts of potassium sorbate and 300-350 parts of water.
3. The biological seed dressing composition of claim 2, comprising, in parts by weight:
400 parts of polyglutamic acid, 100 parts of 40% amino acid powder, 15 parts of zinc sulfate, 3 parts of copper sulfate, 5 parts of boric acid, 5 parts of ammonium molybdate, 10 parts of calcium nitrate, 5 parts of magnesium nitrate, 10 parts of ammonium nitrate, 20 parts of EDTA-disodium, 20 parts of citric acid, 5 parts of 40% chitosan oligosaccharide, 10 parts of potassium sorbate and 300 parts of water.
4. The biological seed dressing composition of claim 1, wherein the water is deionized water.
5. The biological seed dressing composition of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the biological seed dressing composition is used for seeding applications of crop seeds.
6. A method of preparing a biological seed dressing composition, comprising:
adding a first material into a stirring tank filled with 300-700 parts of water, and stirring until the first material is completely dissolved;
adding the second mixed material into the stirring tank, and stirring again until the mixture is uniform to obtain a uniform solution;
transferring the uniform solution in the stirring tank into a reaction kettle, and keeping the temperature at 50-60 ℃ for 30-40 minutes to obtain the biological seed dressing composition as claimed in any one of claims 1-5.
7. The preparation method of claim 6, wherein the first material comprises, in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of zinc sulfate, 3-5 parts of copper sulfate, 5-8 parts of boric acid, 5-8 parts of ammonium molybdate, 10-15 parts of calcium nitrate, 5-10 parts of magnesium nitrate, 10-15 parts of ammonium nitrate, 20-30 parts of EDTA-disodium and 20-30 parts of citric acid.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the first material is added in the order of zinc sulfate, copper sulfate, boric acid, ammonium molybdate, calcium nitrate, magnesium nitrate, ammonium nitrate, disodium EDTA-citrate.
9. The preparation method according to claim 6, wherein the second material comprises, in parts by weight: 400-500 parts of polyglutamic acid, 100-250 parts of 40% amino acid powder, 5-10 parts of 40% chitosan oligosaccharide and 10-20 parts of potassium sorbate.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the second material is added in the order of the polyglutamic acid, the 40% amino acid powder, the 40% chitosan oligosaccharide and the potassium sorbate.
