Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a preparation method and a preparation system of a fresh skin chew, belonging to pet foods.
Background
The traditional pet chew mainly comprises two layers of gray skins. In order to facilitate storage, the pet chew is salted by salt to remove water. For dehairing and layering of salted skin, the following processing technology is carried out: soaking ash, dehairing, deliming, pretreatment, washing, sewing and airing. The existing technology uses chemical raw materials such as quick lime, ammonia chloride, sodium sulfide, hydrogen peroxide, sulfuric acid and the like to soften, dehairing, deashing, bleaching and the like. The pollution amount of the dehairing process is 50% -60% of the total pollution amount of tanning, the pollution indexes of the dehairing process are sulfide, chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD 5), total Dissolved Solids (TDS), total suspended matters (TSS) and the like, and the prepared chew product contains sulfide metal residues. Therefore, the traditional biting gum changes the original characteristics of original skin under the condition of using a large amount of chemical raw materials, has poor palatability, changes the molecular structure of the skin, is not resistant to biting, and has a plurality of heavy metal residues, thereby affecting the health of pets. In addition, a large amount of water is used, chemical raw materials are treated and cleaned, a large amount of water resources are wasted, and the chemical raw materials are used to pollute the environment. In addition, the inventors have proposed an enzymatic dehairing technique as described in CN107099622B, CN101235422B, CN102134618A et al. However, there is still a possibility that the chemical residue exceeds the standard in this depilation technique. Accordingly, there is a need for further improvements in the art of chew products.
