Abstract

Play and sport device in which a flying object can be both lobbed and caught one-handed thanks to a specially constructed diaphragm which is tautened and fastened to the device. The invention can be used both by one player (juggling, wall rebounding, hitting a target) and by two players, as a group or in teams.

Description

The invention relates to a game and sports equipment with which one-handed (irrespective of right-handed or left-handed) smaller flying objects caught and shot (peppered) can be. The handling of the device is extremely simple, but only by skill and practice, the whole game possibilities.

There are some sports and games equipment with which flying objects can be spiked and shot (tennis, badminton and ping-pong rackets, etc.). In these, the flying object but can not be caught. On the other hand, there are fishing gloves, Velcro, etc., with which a flying object can be easily caught. Only with these a flying object can not be thrown back again, so the other hand must be taken to help.

Dies ist bei genannter Erfindung nicht so.Constructed game or sports equipment, with which one-handed flying object can be shot and captured, lacks momentum or the playful element and / or they need electrical support. This is not the case with said invention.

The document DE-482496 C discloses a game machine according to the preamble of claim 1.

The present invention also offers a surprise effect: For the / the other players is almost not visible when the flying object is spiked back again, since this is no longer visible after catching. In addition, can be played with the above invention both as an individual (juggling, wall-off, goal), as well as in pairs, as a group or in teams.

The game and sports device according to the invention is defined in claim 1.

The invention is available in two versions. Both versions make use of a membrane as a core element for catching and shooting (spiking). If the membrane is opened (cocked), a flying object can be shot. If the membrane is closed, a flying object can be caught. The main technical distinction of the two present embodiments is that with a device by handshake the membrane is stretched and achieved with the other device by opening the hand, the same effect.

Anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnungen wird die Erfindung erläutert:The invention will be explained with reference to the attached drawings, in which:

Fig. 1 , A view of the membrane (1), which is mounted on two curved rods (2), each forming a half-round in the embodiment of the invention (but this is not mandatory). However, the circle is not closed with the rods, it has in the middle of the round a recess (7), which forms the catching bag and the "spring" for the flying object. The membrane is stretched and sewn (4) (glued, welded) so that in the pulling direction (5) almost no elongation is possible. Stretching in the opposite direction is quite welcome, as it creates additional space in the membrane pocket when catching an object (but this is only possible if the membrane is made of a material that does not bulge out.) Rods are raised so that the rods are stopped in front of the recess in the middle (catching bag) .At the vertex of the tie rods, a recess (6) is left free for fixing them to the play device. On the length of attachment the rods are not bent but so 3) At the vertex of the tie rods is a "stopper" (8) attached The "stopper" itself is a simple bolt, which with the holder (36), Fig. 7 , the purpose of which is to keep the membrane from opening to the front. The size of the membrane is not fixed, but moves well for said invention in a diameter of 15- 25 cm.

Fig. 2 shows the embodiment 1, which is characterized by the fact that the membrane opens by squeezing the hand and closes by opening the hand.

The design is based on a bracket (9), which in itself, thanks to the material used, slightly tensioned (10) and thus always returns to the initial state. This circumstance is favored with an attached compression spring (11), which is necessary for catching a flying object. The stirrup is fixed (12-13) to the construction which allows the pressure to be transmitted to the two movable "arms" (15) used to open the membrane. The place of power transmission is protected (14). The construction for transmitting the pressure consists of a rack (16) which, by its movement, drives the gears (17) fixedly connected to said "arms", on which in turn the supports (18) are mounted for the tie rods. Fig. 2 shows said holders, which on the "stopper" (8) (acc. Fig. 1 ), since this omission represents a variant with appropriate playing technique. Otherwise finds a membrane according to Fig. 1 Use. There is no need for a special device for holding the model, the bracket is simply enclosed by hand.

Fig. 3 shows a detailed view of the embodiment 1 ( Fig. 2 ), in which the technique for the transmission of force and speed can be seen (15 -17).

Fig. 4 shows a detailed view of the embodiment 1 ( Fig. 2 ), in which a possible holder (18) is shown, which can be used if the "stopper" (8) is dispensed with.

Fig. 5 shows dip unfolded front view of the embodiment 2, which is characterized by the fact that the membrane opens by opening the hand and closes by closing the hand closes. The basic construction of the embodiment consists of a stable ring (19) on one and two guide rods (21) (which are derived in a half-ring (20)) on the other side, which by a hinge (30), Fig. 6 , are connected. In execution 2 according to Fig. 5 The thumb and minimum of the ring and index fingers are attached to the device to open and close the construction. The thumb is fixed by means of an adjustable strap (23) on a "disk" (22). The disk in turn sits on a pipe section (38), Fig. 6 and 7 , on a crossbar (24), which opens into two pieces of pipe (25), so mounted to said guide rods, that for the thumb with the "disk" both a rotation (ergonomics) and tilting forward and backward (this allows the Hand can be opened to the device in a larger angle), as well as a slide along the crossbar (ergonomics) and the guide rods (transfer force / speed, ergonomics) is possible ( Fig. 7 ). The other fingers are fixed by means of two bands (26) on a half disc (27) (eg plastic, aluminum, etc.), with the lower band being deflected in the middle (28) so that two openings are created for the fingers. This ensures greater safety on the hand.

The upper two semicircles (29) of the basic construction of the version 2 are covered with a very elastic material (elasticity of the material is not compulsory), so that the flying objects can also be played back directly or with the effect of a trampoline.

Fig. 6 zeigt die aufgeklappte Rückansicht der Ausführung 2. Fig. 6 shows the unfolded rear view of the execution 2. It also shows the in Fig. 5 described hinges (30) which allow a folding and unfolding of the game device (and the membrane). The lower semicircle is analogous to Fig. 5 (27) a plastic half-disc (31) (or aluminum, etc.). The band for the thumb, as well as the bands for the other fingers are each guided in a double bottom (32) by means of a guide slot (33). Their adjustability they receive by a fastened to the bands connecting element (34), which can eg in holes (35) engage the back of the double wall (31) (or running with a quick release, Velcro, etc.).

On the mentioned basic construction are the in Fig. 7 featured mounts (36) attached, which in Fig. 1 hold the membrane described.

How out Fig. 7 can be seen, the holder (36) thanks notch (37) and guide rail for the "stopper" (8) and prevents back and forth of the described catch and Spickkonstruktion and unfolding the membrane forward. Since the holders for the membrane can collapse when it is folded, it is also possible to produce the holders of a material which, for example, results in a clicking noise when closing. Basically, it is provided to conceal the brackets (and stoppers), but there is also the opportunity to create a sound when closing.

Fig. 8 shows a detail view of the thumb rest to embodiment 2.
