Abstract

The harness is fixed to the body for weight training and has a collar (d), made of plaited plastics material, from which weights are suspended. Bags made of supple material (2) are filled with sand and are held laterally by adjustable elastic straps (e,f). Two other pockets (6), one abdominal and one at the back, are joined to the bags. They are held around the waist by an elastic strap (h) which is adjusted by hooked pile fasteners. Weights (4) can be placed into either or both of these pockets.

Description

bf
bf
The Specific Bodybuilding Harness is part of the area of physical development of the individual.

c/
vs/
The techniques known to date consist either of handling additional masses in slits, or of executing a movement against elastic resistance. These are analytical techniques, during the execution of which the individual's body is only partially concerned, and his mind, fixed on the sole motor function of a portion of his body, is finally diverted from his overall improvement, even his philosophy.

d/
d /
The system presented consists, for its part, of an overall bodybuilding of the body, carried out during the execution of races and technical movements specific to the Sport practiced by the individual. It is no longer intended for a muscle group, but for the neuro-muscular and cardio-respiratory unit in function.

e/
e /
The accompanying drawings show, from the front and back, that the adaptation of the Harness to the body allows all movements to be respected without hampering them, proves the sternum (2), the dorsal column (1), on the other hand frees the movable sail1is clavicles (a) of the last ribs (b) and spines of the shoulder blades (c).

f/
f /
A third drawing, in plan, details the arrangement of flexible plastic bags filled with sand; (1) and (2) are fixed on the Harness, (5) then (4) which can be added successively in the flexible plastic bags (5) (6) closed by a light-colored closure (m). The neck straps (d) holding the bags (1) and (2) are made of braided and flexible plastic braid, 5 cm wide.

The trunk elastics (e) are joined by a self-locking braid (f) for individual adjustment and they are connected to the lower part of the airlocks (1) (2). The 5 cm elastic system gives total freedom of breathing.

The pockets (5) (6) containing the additional bags (5) uis (Z) are held in place for the same elastic adjustable system (h) and self-adhesive braid (i). They are made integral with (1) and (2) by a strap k
The set weighs 5 kg. Each bag is compartmentalized for a sand distribution bucket.

g/
g /
This system can be used for training in any collective or individual sport whatever its level: from the individual who trots for his health to the international of athletics, football, rugby, basketball, volleyball, hand , cycling, etc ...
