Abstract

892,214. Hygrometric apparatus. NATIONAL RESEARCH DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. Sept. 22, 1958 [Oct. 7, 1957], No. 31310/57. Class 97(3). The rim 18 of box-lid 11 engages the container 19 for the material to be tested for moisture to give an almost hermetic seal. The lid 11 comprises a clear window 12 which is coloured in segments 14 to correspond with thiocyanate paper colours for various humidities. The test paper 15 is held in the lid between an impervious annular foil 16 and a perforated white foil 17.
